| المستخلص: | "عنوان البحث: الرواة المعدلون من بعض أقاربهم جمعا ودراسة فكرة البحث ونتائجه: إتماما للفائدة واستكمالا لما بدأت به من بحث في الرواة المجروحون من الأقارب؛ ظهرت فكرة هذا البحث لإكمال جوانب الموضوع، والخلوص بنتائج متكاملة في الرواة المجروحين والمعدلين من بعض أقاربهم، وقد تضمنت خطة البحث تمهيدا، ومبحثين، أولهما في تراجم الرواة المعدلين من بعض أقاربهم بحكم لفظي نظري)، والثاني في تراجم الرواة المعدلين من بعض أقاربهم بحكم عملي تطبيقي)، وقد خلص البحث إلى نتائج من أهمها: أن عدد الرواة المعدلين من ناقد قريب بلغ ستة رواة، فقد عدل واحد منهم بحكم عملي بالرواية له، أما الخمسة فعدلوا بحكم لفظي، فأثني على اثنين بالعلم والحرص، ووثق اثنان بلفظ: ""ثقة""، كما عدل واحد منهم بحكم لفظي، كما تنوعت صلة قرابة الراوي بالناقد المعدل له؛ فعدل واحدا من الآباء، ومن الأبناء اثنين، ومن الأعمام اثنين، وراو واحد هو ابن أخت للإمام الناقد، كما تبين من البحث أن تعديل الرواة من أقاربهم النقاد حقا وعدلا لم يجانب الصواب؛ فقد وافقت أحكامهم في أقاربهم أقوال أئمة الجرح والتعديل فيهم في الغالب، وإن تفرد الناقد بتعديل راو من أقاربه له اختصاص فيه مقبول إن لم يعارضه جرح مفسر، فالحكم بتعديل الرواة يقبل من غير تفسير إن صدر من عارف بأسباب الطعن في العدالة والضبط." "Research Title: Narrators that are Modified by Relatives Theoretical and Practical Studies) Research Ideas and Outcomes: Complementing what I started with the research in Narrators that are Impugned by Relatives )Theoretical and Practical Studies; The idea of this research appeared to complete the aspects of the topic and conclude with integrated results. The research plan included an Introduction and two pillars; The first pillar is in the translations of the narrators that are modified by relatives as per the theoretical) decision. In addition, the second one is in the translations of the narrators that are modified by relatives as per the practical applied) decision. The research concluded with results, the most important of which are: that the Imam’s modification of his relative in truth and justice did not deviate from the truth, because the critic with his relative was informed, their decisions on a relative of theirs were consistent with the summary of his narrations, as well as their modification of him coincided with the statements of the Imams of impugning and the modifying in it. In addition, the relationship of the narrator’s relationship with the critic modified for him varied, so he adjusted from the fathers one, and from two sons, and from two uncles, and one son sister, the number of modified narrators from a nearby critic reached six, and four of them were trusted by verbal judgment; He praised them with knowledge and care, and two with the wording: “trustworthy,” as two were justified; One of them is a verbal rule, and the other is a practical rule of narration for him." |
