| المستخلص: | يطلق علماء الجرح والتعديل حكما عاما على الراوي، فتأخذ أحاديث الراوي حكم مرتبته تصحيحا أو تضعيفا، إلا أنهم قد يستثنون من ذلك الحكم العام بحكم استثنائي، يسمونه بالتضعيف النسبي، فيضعفون أحاديث بعض الرواة الثقات عن شيخ معين، ومنهم سفيان بن حسين وهو ثقة، إلا في حديثه عن الزهري، فقد حكم العلماء على ضعفها. يقوم البحث بالتحقق من صحة هذا الحكم، وقد جمع الباحث (43) حديثا مما رواه سفيان بن حسين عن الزهري، ومقارنة أحاديثه بأحاديث الرواة المقدمين في الزهري، ودراستها بمنهج النقد الحديثي. وكانت نتيجة البحث: أن عدد (22) حديثا مقبول، وعدد (21) حديثا مردود من رواية سفيان بن حسين عن الزهري. Scholars of Criticism of Hadith narrators (Jarh wa-Ta'deel) give a general ruling on the narrator, so the narrator's hadiths take his rank rule as correcting or weakening, but they may make an exception from that general ruling by an exceptional ruling, which they call relative weakness, so they weaken the hadiths of some trustworthy narrators from a certain shaykh, including Sufyan bin Hussein, who is trustworthy, except his hadiths transmitted by Al-Zohri, scholars have judged the weakness of the same. The research verifies the validity of this ruling, and the researcher has collected (43) hadiths narrated by Sufyan bin Hussein transmitted by Al- Zohri, and compared his hadiths with the hadiths of the narrators presented in Al-Zohri, and studied them using Hadith Criticism Method. The result of the research was: there are (22) twenty two hadiths accepted and (21) twenty one hadiths are rejected from the narration of Sufyan bin Hussein transmitted by Al-Zohri. |
