Skikda is one of the most important coastal cities and one of the poles of the petrochemical industry in Algeria. Therefore, the city of Skikda with its natural and industrial particularities is faced with the great challenge of preserving the environment and achieving a balance between urban growth and the environment. |d Cette étude descriptive et analytique vise à évaluer la réalité de l'environnement dans la ville de Skikda et sa zone adjacente et son pari de développement durable face à la croissance urbaine. Skikda est l’une des villes côtières les plus importantes et l’un des pôles de l’industrie pétrochimique en Algérie.
