| المستخلص: | إن المخاطر التي تهدد المجتمعات تحتاج إلى تضافر الجهود، وتتطلب تكاملا للأدوار بين الأطراف المعنية، ومن هنا كان للخطاب الديني مسؤولية في كل ما يحدث في المجتمع بصفة عامة، وفي ظاهرة الإتجار بالأعضاء البشرية بصفة خاصة، إذ أن دوره التوعويّ لا تنوبه فيه وسيلة أخرى، وهذا الكلام النظري يبقى مأمولا من هذا الخطاب بينما الواقع يثبت بعضا من القصور أو التقصير في هذا الجانب، وهو ما يفرض البحث توصيفا للواقع بغرض الوقوف على أسباب ما هو فيه، وتحديد المأمول منه. ويعمل هذا البحث على تحقيق ذلك إسهاما في تشخيص الداء واقتراح الدواء، من خلال الكشف عن أهم أسباب تغاضي الخطاب الديني عن ظاهرة الإتجار بالأعضاء البشرية رغم تفشيها بشكل رهيب، وبيان سبيل عودة هذا الخطاب إلى ما يجب أن يكون عليه في مثل هذه الظروف. The risks to societies need concerted efforts, and require the integration of roles between the parties concerned, hence religious discourse has been responsible for everything that happens in society in general, and in the phenomenon of trafficking in human organs in particular, as its awareness-raising role is not other than another means, and this theoretical discourse remains hoped for by this discourse while reality proves some shortcomings or shortcomings in this aspect, which requires research to describe reality in order to identify the causes of what is it is in it, and determine the hope of it. This research contributes to the diagnosis of the disease and the suggestion of medicine, by revealing the most important reasons why religious discourse overlooks the phenomenon of trafficking in human organs despite its terrible prevalence, and to show how this discourse will return to what it should be in such circumstances. |
