| المستخلص: | قد لا نبالغ إن قلنا أن آثار اللغة قد تجاوزت مجالات التربية والتعليم والثقافة إلى المجالات الاقتصادية والسياسية والتكنولوجية، ولم يشهد لهذه الآثار انتشارا واسعاً وتغلغلاً رهيباً في الوسط المجتمعي فيما سلف كما هو الحال عليه اليوم، نتيجة الانفجار العلمي والتطور التكنولوجي الذي يشهده عالمنا المعاصر، فموضوع اللغة لم يعد يقتصر على أنها وسيلة اتصال أو هي مجرد أصوات ناقلة للمعني؛ إنما هي أداة الفكر ومرأة العقل، فهي بذلك نشاطات عقلية تمثل تفاعلات المجتمعات وتاريخ هويتها. وهو ما جعل موضوع اللغة متميزا ومثيرا للتساؤل الحاسوبي أو التساؤل الهندسي، ومن ثم تمكين العربية كغيرها من اللغات الطبيعية من المضي قدما نحو عالم المعالجة الآلية. وتروم هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز جهود علماء اللغة الداعية إلى مواكبة التطورات العلمية وإلى الاستفادة من قدرات الحاسوب في دراسة علوم اللسان، وذلك ببناء برامج حاسوبية لأنظمة اللغات البشرية من خلال استثمار المعارف اللسانية الحديثة لاسيما الضوابط العلائقية اللغوية التي تحكم بنية نظام اللغة العام، ووضعها في شكل قواعد منطقية رياضية تقوم عليها صناعة الأنظمة المعلوماتية اللسانية، بهدف رسم المبادئ الصلبة التي يقوم عليها الفعل الحاسوبي اللساني العربي المناهض لمقتضيات تكنولوجيا المعلومة الرقمية. وإذا كان الأمر كذلك؛ فهذا الكلام يجعل الكثير من التساؤلات تتبادر في ذهن القارئ، وإن أبرزها يتمثل في: -كيف هو حال لغتنا العربية الذي تعيشه اليوم؟ -وما المقصود بحوسبة اللغة العربية؟ -وما علاقة الحاسوب باللغة؟ -وهل ثمة جهود فكرية لتمكين العربية من إجرائية الحوسبة؟ -وإلى أي مستوى بلغت من هذا التمكين؟ -وما هي الوسائل التي يمكن الاستعانة بها في هذه المعالجة الحاسوبية والتي باستطاعتها أن تقوم مقام الإنسان(الباحث) في هذه الدراسة الحاسوبية؟ وثم إن النص اللغوي في حقيقة الأمر جد معقد سواء أكان (كلمة، أو تركيب) فكيف لهذه التقنية قدرة التعرف عليه وتشخيصه وتحليله وغير ذلك من أنواع هذه الدراسة الحاسوبية؟ وما هي الثمار التي يرجى جنيها من استثمار الحاسوب في دراسة اللغة. هذه الأسئلة وأخرى سنجيب عنها في هذه الورقة البحثية. We may not be exaggerating if we say that the effects of language have gone beyond the fields of education, teaching and culture to the economic, political and technological fields, As is the case today, as a result of the scientific explosion and technological development of our modern world, the subject of language is no longer limited to a means of communication or merely a voice of meaning; It's the tool of thought and the mirror of mind, which are thus mental activities that represent the interactions of societies and the history of their identity. This made the subject of language distinct and computer-questionable or geometric, thus enabling Arabic as well as other natural languages to move towards the world of automated processing. The aim of this study is to highlight the efforts of linguists to keep pace with scientific developments and to make use of computer capabilities in the study of tongue sciences by building software for human language systems by investing modern lexical knowledge, particularly the relational linguistic controls that govern the structure of the general language system, and put it in the form of logical and mathematical rules upon which the linguistic information systems industry is based, with the aim of drawing the solid principles upon which the linguistic computational act of linguistics is based. If that is the case; This makes many questions arise in the mind of the reader, and the most prominent of them are: -How is our Arabic language living today? - What is meant by computerization of the Arabic language? What does the computer have to do with the language? Are there any intellectual efforts to enable Arabic to make computing work? To what level of empowerment has it been, and what means can be used in this computer processing that can act as a human being (researcher) in this computer study? Moreover, the linguistic text is in fact very complex, whether it is [a word, or composition] so how is this technique capable of identifying, diagnosing, analyzing and other types of this computer study? What fruits should you gain from investing a computer in language study? These questions and others will be answered in this study. |
