| المستخلص: | يتطرق هذا المقال إلى العلاقة بين عالم الأطفال والعالم السياسي منتقداً الآراء التي تعتبر الطفل عاجزاً عن معرفة بيئته السياسية أو حتى فهمها. كما يركز الكاتب على دور التنشئة الاجتماعية السياسية في تشكيل مختلف التوجهات لدى الفرد واكتساب المعايير السائدة في المجتمع وفي بيان خضوع الطفل أكثر من غيره لهاته القوانين. ففي مرحلة الطفولة حيث يتم تحديد التوجهات الرئيسية في شخصية الفرد من خلال كل ما يحيط به وبالتالي فالتنشئة الاجتماعية السياسية تخلق لديه مواقف غير محايدة فيما يتعلق بالحياة السياسية. لذا، فإن الأنظمة السياسية، وعياً منها بأهمية الأمر ولضمان استقرارها وضمان استمراريتها، تقدم للطفل تربية سياسية رسمية على أساس التربية المدنية حول كيفية التفاعل معها عندما يصير بالغاً ومواطناً "ذا أهلية" يتوفر على هوية وطنية وفاعلية سياسية معينة. The following article deals with the relationship between the world of children and politics, criticizing viewpoints that consider the child unable to know or even understand his political environment. The writer also focuses on the role of political social upbringing in shaping the different orientations of the individual and acquiring the prevailing norms in society, and thinks that the child is subject more to these laws. In the childhood stage, where the main trends in the personality are determined by everything surroundings the individual, and thus political socialization creates non-neutral attitudes regarding the political life. That’s why, political systems, aware of the importance of the matter and to ensure their stability and continuity, provide the child with formal political education on the based on civic education to interact with properly when he becomes an adult and a “qualified” citizen with a national identity and a certain political activity. |
