| 520 | |a حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق إلى عملية التكيف من حيث التعريف والمصادر وبعض الأنواع، وربطناها بالحياة في السجن، كما تعرضنا لأهم الدراسات التي تناولت هذا الموضوع من حيث الحرمان الذي يتعرض له المسجون في خضوعه للنظام السائد في الوسط المغلق. إن موضوع التكيف في السجن من المواضيع التي اهتم بها الكثير من الباحثين من حيث أنها من المواقف التي يتعرض لها الفرد عند مواجهة أول أنواع الحرمان أولا هو سلب الحرية ويجد نفسه في مواجهة فضاء عدائي بطبيعته يتطلب منه إظهار القدرة على التحكم والتكيف، وبالتالي فإن كل سجين لديه نوع معين من الاستجابات التكيفية في الوسط العقابي وهذا حسب عدة اعتبارات تناولتها بعض الدراسات التي تشير إلى أن هناك عدة طرق للتكيف مع السجن وليس طريقة واحدة. ومن هذه الطرق التكيفية نجد التكيف حسب نوع التهم ونوع المؤسسة، وكذا مدة العقوبة. ونجد أيضا التجربة العقابية. |b We tried through this research paper to address the process of adaptation in terms of definition, sources and some types. We also linked it to life in prison, and we presented the most important studies that dealt with this issue in terms of deprivation that the prisoner is subjected to in his submission to the prevailing system in the closed environment. The issue of adaptation in prison is one of the topics that many researchers are interested in, as it is one of the situations that the individual is exposed to when confronting the first type of deprivation first, which is the deprivation of freedom. He finds himself confronted with an inherently hostile space that requires him to demonstrate the ability to control and adapt. Therefore, every prisoner has a certain type of adaptive response in the penal environment, and this is according to a number of considerations that have been addressed in some studies, which indicates that there are several ways to adapt to prison and not only one. From these adaptive methods, we find adaptation according to the type of charges, the type of institution, and the length of the sentence. We also find punitive experience. | ||
