| المستخلص: | تتكفل هذه الدراسة بالتعريف باتجاه معرفي جديد على الدراسات اللسانية العربية وهو (اللسانيات الجنائية) وهو العلم الذي بدأت بوادره تدخل حيز الدراسات اللسانية الغربية الحديثة في مطلع الثمانينيات مع دراسات (جان سفارت فك) والجمعيات الجنائية في ألمانيا وغيرها من البلدان الأوربية، وينتمي هذا العلم إلى اللسانيات التطبيقية التي تعطي الدلالة اللغوية في الميدان القضائي والجنائي / الشرعي أثرا بارزا في حيز الاستدلال، ثم ما لبث هذا الاتجاه العلمي أن تطور في الجامعات الغربية، وأصبحت المحاكم المختصة تنتدب خبراء لغويين لدراسة القضايا الجنائية فضلا على غيرها، وتقديم المشورة لهم، والاستئناس بها واعتمادها دليلا على إثبات دليل ما أو نقضه .. ويتفرع عن هذا العلم فروع منها: -علم الأسلوبيات الجنائي. -تحليل الخطاب الجنائي. -علم الصوت الجنائي. -علم اللهجات الجنائي. -التداوليات الجنائية. وعلى الرغم من كثرة الدراسات الغربية في هذا الصدد إلا أننا لم نعثر على دراسات عربية خلا بعض المقالات، والمختصرات في شبكة الإنترنت؛ لذلك يمكن أن تعد -دراستنا هذه-تأسيسية لفتح هذا الميدان العلمي الجديد في البحث الأكاديمي العراقي والعربي إلى حد كبير، وقد كان اعتمادنا فيها على ترجمة البحوث والدراسات الغربية المنشورة في كتب أو دوريات علمية. The present study takes into its account defining a new scientific approach within the linguistics of Arabic language, which is “Forensic Linguistics”. The initiatives of this field have been taken in use within the modem western linguistic studies in the 1970s of the twentieth century as initiated by Jan Svartvik’s studies and the establishment of the German Forensic Linguistics Association and other European countries. This field is a branch of applied linguistics, which provides the linguistic evidence for legal and judicial procedures and has an important role in scope of deduction works. Then, this scientific approach has been widely developed by the western academia as the specialized courts calls for the forensic linguists to study their criminal cases and other relevant issues as well as provision of linguistic consultation, opinions and considering the results as an evidence to confirm or refute certain dispute. Forensic linguistics has several sub-branches like: -Forensic Stylistics -Forensic Discourse Analysis -Forensic Phonetics -Forensic Dialectology -Forensic Pragmatics Despite of the plethora of the studies in the western academia in forensic linguistics, there are only a few articles and abbreviations posted on the internet in the Arabic linguistic studies. Accordingly, the present study would be a foundational study to open the horizons of scientific research in the Iraqi and Arabic academia to a wider extent. Our approach based on the translation of the western literature of studies including books, articles and research papers about the field of forensic linguistics. |
