| المستخلص: | أن المجتمعات المتحضرة تدرك مدى أهمية الفرد وأنه القوة البشرية الدافعة لنمو المجتمع وتقدمه والتي إذا لم توجه الوجهة الصحيحة والبناءة ستكون قوة هادمة، ولذلك أولت أهمية قصوى لرعاية المسنين بوصفهم الخبراء الذين يجب الاستفادة منهم من خلال استثمار قدراتهم، وكذلك أولت رعاية الطفولة بمراحلها المختلفة لتأثيرها على تكوين شخصية الشباب الذين يمثلون ساعدها الأيمن في برامجها التنموية، تسعي هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد آليات استثمار قدرات وخبرات كبار السن لتقديم المساندة التقديرية للأيتام، وتمكين شريحة كبار السن في المجتمع واستثمار خبراتهم التراكمية وتعزيزها لتقديم المساندة الاجتماعية لجماعات الأيتام، وكذلك استثمار قدرات المسنين لتقديم المساندة التقديرية للأيتام وخلق أسرة افتراضية يشعر فيها المسن بالدور الاجتماعي له وأنه غير منبوذ من المجتمع. وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من المسنين المترددين بصفة دائمة على مؤسسات رعاية المسنين بمدينة الفيوم وعددهم 80 مفردة، وعلى عينة من الخبراء الأكاديميين والميدانيين من المهتمين بمجالي المسنين والأيتام بمدينة الفيوم وعددهم (30) مفردة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من آليات استثمار قدرت المسنين لتقديم المساندة التقديرية لجماعات الأيتام، وكذلك وجود مستوى مرتفع من المساندة التقديرية التي يمكن أن يقدمها المسن لجماعات الأيتام. This study seeks to identify mechanisms for investing the capabilities and expertise of the elderly to provide discretionary support to orphans, empower the elderly segment in society and invest and enhance their cumulative experiences to provide social support to orphan groups, as well as investing the capabilities of the elderly to provide discretionary support for orphans and creating a virtual family in which the elderly feel their social role and that they are not shunned by society The study was applied to a sample of the elderly who are permanently reluctant to care institutions for the elderly in the city of Fayoum, and their number is 80 individuals, and on a sample of academic and field experts who are interested in the fields of the elderly and orphans in the city of Fayoum, and their number is (30), and the study concluded that there is a high level of investment mechanisms Elderly abilities to provide discretionary support to orphan groups, as well as a high level of discretionary support that the elderly can provide to orphan groups. |
