| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة توافر الكفايات لدى المشرفات التربويات في ظل التعليم عن بعد، والكشف عن المعوقات التي تواجههن؛ بهدف التوصل إلى وضع استراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير كفاياتهن في ظل التعليم عن بعد، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغ حجمها (57) رئيسة من رئيسات الإشراف التربوي في إدارة تعليم منطقة جدة، واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي، وتم جمع البيانات اللازمة عن طريق استبانة مكونة من محورين، تناول المحور الأول كفايات المشرفات التربويات من خلال (22) فقرة مقسمة على ثلاثة مجالات، هي: (كفايات التخطيط والتقويم، والكفايات الإبداعية، والكفايات التقنية)، في حين تناول المحور الثاني المعوقات التي تواجه المشرفات التربويات في ظل التعليم عن بعد، واشتمل على (24) فقرة مقسمة على ثلاثة مجالات، هي: المعوقات (الإدارية، والفنية، والرقمية)، وأشارت النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر الكفايات لدى المشرفات التربويات في ظل التعليم عن بعد جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، كما أن مستوى المعوقات التي تواجه المشرفات التربويات في ظل التعليم عن بعد جاء أيضا بمستوى (متوسط)، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة الميدانية توصلت الدراسة إلى بناء استراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير كفايات المشرفات التربويات في ظل التعليم عن بعد، كما أوصت بتبني الإدارة العامة للإشراف التربوي الاستراتيجية المقترحة، وإنشاء وحدة متخصصة في إدارة الإشراف التربوي مسؤولة عن تطوير كفايات المشرفات التربويات في ضوء متطلبات الإشراف الإلكتروني. |b The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of female educational supervisors' competencies in light of distance education, uncover the obstacles they face, as well as reaching a proposed strategy to develop female educational supervisors' competencies. The study was applied to (57) female heads of educational supervision in the education department of Jeddah region, the study adopted the descriptive approach, data were collected by using a questionnaire consisting of two axes, the first axis addressed the competencies of the educational supervisors through (22) paragraphs divided into three areas: (planning and evaluation competencies, creative competencies, and Technical competencies), while the second axis addressed the obstacles facing them in light of distance education, it included (24) paragraphs divided into three areas: (administrative, technical, and digital). The results indicated that the availability of competencies Among female educational supervisors in light of distance education of (medium) degree, as well as the obstacles facing them in light of distance education of (medium)degree, in light of the results, the study reached a proposed strategy to develop the competencies of female educational supervisors in light of distance education, The study also recommended that the General Administration of Educational Supervision adopt the proposed strategy that includes the training programs that aim to develop the competencies of the educational supervisors necessary to practice their new supervisory roles in the light of distance education, and to establish a specialized unit in the Department of Educational Supervision responsible for developing the competencies of the educational supervisors in light of the requirements of electronic supervision. | ||
