| المستخلص: | يتناول البحث مجموعة المعاهدات والاتفاقيات التي تضمنتها بعض الكتب التاريخية والتي وقعتها طرابلس الغرب (ليبيا) مع عديد الدول الأوروبية المتوسطية والغربية خلال القرنين 18-19 م، من حيث أسباب ودوافع عقدها والظروف التي صاحبتها وأملتها، ومن ثم تحليل محتوى تلك المعاهدات بشكل شمولي وبيان مواضع توافقها واختلافها، وتحديد عناصر القوة والضعف فيها، وبيان المساهمة الليبية في رسم علاقات متوسطية أوروبية ليبية، وما ترتب عليها من نتائج إيجابية كانت أم سلبية زادت أو حدت من نفوذ طرابلس (ليبيا) على المستوى المتوسطي، ومن ثم معرفة الدور الليبي في تقرير شؤون البحر المتوسط خلال الفترة المحددة للبحث. The research deals with the set of treaties and agreements included in some historical books that were signed by Tripoli in the West (Libya) with many European Mediterranean and Western countries during the 18- 19 centuries CE, in terms of the reasons and motives for their contract, the circumstances that accompanied them and their terms, and then analyzing the content of those treaties in a comprehensive manner and indicating the points of their compatibility And their differences, identifying the elements of strength and weakness in them, and stating the Libyan contribution to drawing Mediterranean European-Libyan relations, and the positive or negative consequences that resulted from them, which increased or limited the influence of Tripoli (Libya) at the Mediterranean level, and then knowing the Libyan role in determining Mediterranean affairs.
