| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير برامج ريادة الأعمال بأبعادها (السمات الشخصية، الأعراف الاجتماعية، التحكم في السلوكيات المدركة) في طلبة كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد / جامعة بابل، وقد أجريت الدراسة في كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد / جامعة بابل، تم اعتماد الاستبانة لغرض الحصول على البيانات اللازمة حيث تم تحليل أراء (٢٢١) طالبا وطالبة، وقد تم استخدام معامل الارتباط البسيط لقياس علاقات الارتباط وكذلك اختبار (z) لاختبار معنوية هذه العلاقة واختبار (T) لتحديد معنوية معادلة الانحدار الخطي البسيط. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات أهمها تلعب السمات الشخصية دورا حيويا في توجيه نية وسلوك طلاب الكلية نحو مشاريع ريادية أكثر أهمية أما اهم التوصيات فقد تضمنت الإشارة إلى تصميم المناهج الأكاديمية لمختلف التخصصات الجامعية والتي يجب أن تحتوي على روح المبادرة بهدف تعزيزها لدى الطلبة وبالتالي تحسين التحكم في سلوكياتهم المدركة This study aims at determining the impact of entrepreneurship programs on their dimensions (personality traits, social norms, control of perceived behaviours) in the students of the Faculty of Management and Economics / Babylon University. The study was conducted in the Faculty of Management and Economics / Babylon University. The questionnaire was used for the purpose of obtaining the necessary data. The opinions of 221 students were analyzed. The simple correlation coefficient was used to measure the correlation relationship, as well as the Z test for the significance of this relationship and the T test to determine the significance of the simple linear regression equation. The study concluded with a number of conclusions. The most important of these is that personality traits play a vital role in guiding students' intentions and behaviour towards more important pilot projects. The most important recommendations included the reference to the design of the academic curricula of the different disciplines of the university, which must contain the spirit of initiative in order to strengthen the students and thus improve control of their perceived behaviour. |
