| المستخلص: | يعرف النشر الأكاديمي في العالم تحولات عميقة بفعل الممارسات الوثائقية الجديدة للطلبة والباحثين من ناحية والصعوبات الاقتصادية في مجال صناعة الكتاب وظهور الوسائط الإلكترونية الحديثة وتناميها من ناحية أخرى. وشهد هذا النوع من النشر في تونس نموا متسارعا، بفضل تطور عدد الجامعات التونسية والطلبة وتزايد مراكز البحث، ولكنه في المقابل لا يزال يواجه صعوبات جمة تعيق تطوره وازدهاره. تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد واقع النشر الأكاديمي في تونس وتطوره عبر الزمن وتحديد الصعوبات التي تحول دون نموه على الوجه المرجو، كما تتناول الجوانب الكمية والنوعية للإنتاج الفكري الأكاديمي، وتهتم بالنواحي الاقتصادية بمعنى مساهمة القطاع في دعم اقتصاد المعرفة. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في استقراء الأدبيات والبحوث السابقة بالإضافة إلى الملاحظة المباشرة والمقابلة الشخصية. وتساعد نتائج البحث في طرح البدائل المناسبة لإصلاع القطاع، وتقترح نموذجا لتطوير النشر الإلكتروني وجعله قادرا على رفع تحديات البيئة الرقمية. Academic publishing around the world is a rapidly changing sector due to the advent of new information practices among students and researchers, as well as the economic difficulties related to the book industry and the emergence of new media. In Tunisia, this type of publication has increased rapidly because of the growth in the number of universities, the increase in the number of students and the proliferation of research centers. However, academic publishing is still facing many difficulties that are hindering its development and prosperity. This study aims not only at exploring the current situation of university publishing in Tunisia but also at tracing its evolution over time, and identifying the difficulties that are preventing it from developing properly. It also addresses the quantitative and qualitative aspects of academic intellectual production and sheds light on its economic aspects, that is, the contribution of the sector to the development of the knowledge economy. The study adopts both the descriptive and the analytical approaches to review current literature and previous research in addition to direct observation and personal interviews. The research results provide some appropriate alternatives that may help in reforming the sector, and suggest a model for the development of electronic publishing that may enable it to meet the challenges of the digital environment. L’édition académique dans le monde est un secteur en pleine mutation en raison de l’avènement de nouvelles pratiques documentaires chez les étudiants et les chercheurs, des difficultés économiques liées à l’industrie du livre et l’émergence des nouveaux médias. En Tunisie, ce type d’Edition a connu une croissance rapide grâce au développement du nombre d’universités, à l’augmentation du nombre d’étudiants et à la prolifération des centres de recherche. Mais, cette édition rencontre toujours des problèmes qui entravent son développement et sa prospérité. L’étude vise à faire l’état des lieux de l’existant de l’édition académique en Tunisie, à retracer son évolution dans le temps et à identifier les difficultés qui l’empêchent de se développer adéquatement. Elle aborde également les aspects quantitatifs et qualitatifs de la production académique, ainsi que les aspects économiques au sens de la contribution du secteur au développement de l’économie du savoir. L'étude s'appuie sur l'approche analytique descriptive pour extrapoler la littérature et les recherches antérieures en plus de l'observation directe et de l'entretien. Les résultats de la recherche aideront à présenter des alternatives appropriées à la réforme du secteur et à proposer un modèle pour le développement de l'édition électronique et à la rendre capable de relever les défis de l'environnement numérique. |
