| المستخلص: | For nearly three decades, the issue of corporate governance has taken an important place in the concerns of politicians, media, and social scientists. The aim of our research is to understand the contours of good practices of governance specific to public companies based on the OECD guidelines at first. And secondly, we are interested to make an initial observation on the understanding and the extended application of these practices in the EPE Tonic industry. Le thème de la gouvernance d’entreprise a pris une place importante dans les préoccupations des hommes politiques, des médias, et des chercheurs en sciences sociales. L’objectif de notre recherche consiste à appréhender les contours des bonnes pratiques de gouvernances spécifiques aux EPE d’une part en se basant sur les lignes directrices de l’OCDE. Et d’autre part, nous nous intéressons à faire un premier constat sur la compréhension et l’étendu d’application de ces pratiques dans l’EPE Tonie industrie. |
