| 520 | |a يستعرض المقال التراتيب المعيارية وأفضل ممارسات المكتبات التي من واجبها تحمل المسؤولية البيئية والاجتماعية من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة حسب اجندا الأمم المتحدة 2030. ومن واجبها العمل حسب المواصفات الجديدة وتطوير "التوسيم الأخضر" وتعزيزه للاعتراف بالنهج الإيكولوجي والبيئي للمكتبات ومرافق التوثيق المعلومات. إن عرض معايير إيزو 14001 وإيزو 26000 يتيح بداية التفكير البيئي في الإطار الاستراتيجي للمؤسسات الثقافية: يجعل من الممكن أخذ بعين الاعتبار المعايير البيئية في تشغيل هذه المؤسسات ويسمح بفهم المسؤولية الاجتماعية والبيئية وتطبيقها في المكتبات التي ينبغي على المهنيين نشر هذه المعايير البيئية وجعلها مفهومة في المؤسسات الوثائقية. |b The article expounds normative prescriptions and best practices that prepare libraries to be environmentally and socially responsible for sustainable development for UN agenda 2030. Standardization and the promotion of the "green label" could allow libraries to be more recognized in the ecological and environmental approach. The presentation of the ISO 14001 and ISO 26000 standards makes it possible to feed environmental thinking into the strategic framework of cultural organizations: Standards allow the environment to be taken into account in the functioning of these organizations and provide understanding the social and environmental responsibility of libraries and information and documentation services. To make them environmentally and socially responsible, librarians should disseminate these environmental standards and make them intelligible in documentary institutions. |d L’article expose l’ordonnancement normatif et les pratiques exemplaires préparant les bibliothèques à être écologiquement et socialement responsables pour un développement durable selon l'Agenda 2030 de l'ONU. La normalisation et la promotion du "label vert" pourraient permettre aux bibliothèques d'être davantage reconnues dans la démarche écologique et environnementale. La présentation des normes ISO 14001 et ISO 26000 permet d’alimenter la réflexion environnementale dans le cadre stratégique des organisations culturelles : Les normes permettent la prise en compte de l’environnement dans le fonctionnement des organisations et permettent une compréhension de la responsabilité sociale et environnementale des bibliothèques et des services d'information documentaires. Pour les rendre écologiquement et socialement responsables, les bibliothécaires devraient diffuser ces normes environnementales et les rendre intelligibles dans les institutions documentaires. | ||
