| 520 | |b It has been 18 years since the Algerian scientific and economic environment was marked by the emergence of Business Intelligence and Competitive Intelligence. This article draws up the state of the concepts in public administration. Based on an exploratory research in Algerian government institutions. This state of the art has identified the real obstacles to anchoring the Business Intelligence’ and Competitive Intelligence’s practices that can be achieved only through transversal synergy and sustainable investment in human resources. |d Depuis 18 ans déjà, l’environnement scientifique et économique algérien a connu l’émergence des concepts de Veille Stratégique et Intelligence Economique (SV/IE). Nous voulons à travers cet article, dresser l'état de l’art des pratiques de ces concepts dans le milieu administratif public. En s’appuyant sur une recherche exploratoire que nous avons menée sur le terrain concernant les structures mises en place de SV/IE dans les institutions du Gouvernement Algérien. Cet état de l’art a dégagé les vrais obstacles à l’ancrage des pratiques de la SV/IE qui ne se réalisera qu’avec une synergie transversale et un investissement durable dans les ressources humaines. | ||
