| 520 | |a "لقد تغيرت الحياة المعاصرة وظهرت فيها أحداث ووقائع لم تكن موجودة من قبل، فلقد شهد العالم تطورا وتسارعا في مسائل مستجدة تحتاج إلى بيان حكمها والوقوف على تأصيلها، مما جعل الفقهاء المعاصرون يشمرن عن ساعد الجد في إبرازها وإيجاد الحلول الشرعية لها بناء على مبادئ الشريعة وقواعدها وضوابطها، لا سيما بظهور وباء كورونا الذي غير وجه كثير من الأمور في الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والأخلاقية والتعليمية، فاستنفرت المجامع الفقهية والهيئات والمنظمات في العالم الإسلامي، وأكثرت من قراراتها وبياناتها وإجاباتها عن التساؤلات التي ترد إليها فيها يتعلق بالمسائل الشرعية التي أثر فيها مرض كورونا. وفي هذه الورقة البحثية سيتم جمع وعرض الفتاوى الفقهية المتعلقة بالمسائل الشرعية التي أثر فيها مرض كورونا، من خلال بيان الأثر الذي تركه هذا المرض على كثيرا من تلك المسائل، كمسألة الجمعة والجماعات وإيقافها إيقافا مؤقتا في زمن انتشار هذا المرض، أو ترك المسافات بين المصلين أثناء أداء الصلوات جماعة، وأثره في ترخص في بعض الطهارات، وتوقف أداء شعائر الحج والعمرة أو التخفيف من أعداد الحجاج والمعتمرين، واستحباب دفع أو تعجيل بعض الزكوات والصدقات، وأثره على حقوق الأسرة والأرحام، وأثره على الحضانة والرضاعة، والمعاملات المالية، وغيرها الكثير. وسنذكر بعض مستندات هذه الفتاوى من القواعد الفقهية وضوابطها التي أثرت في تغيير الحكم أو توقيفه مؤقتا حتى انتهاء من التغيير الصحي الحاصل من جراء ظهور كورونا، ليصل البحث في نهايته إلى نتائج مثمرة يكشف بها عن مدى صلاحية الشريعة الإسلامية لكل زمان ومكان، وأنها المقياس الأوحد لمعرفة التعامل من المتغيرات التي تظهر في حياة الناس ومعاشهم." |b "Modem life has changed and an unheard-of event has occurred, naturally witnessing a development and acceleration in matters that should clarify the fatwas. This prompted contemporary jurists to roll up their sleeves to bring things forward and to find legitimate solutions based on Sharia principles. Therefore, with the emergence of the Corona epidemic, which changed the face of many things in social, economic, moral and educational life, especially in social, economic, moral and educational life, the legal boards, organs and organizations in the Islamic world mobilized and increased their activities. Decisions, explanations and answers to the questions they took regarding the legitimate issues affecting the Corona disease have emerged. In this research article, fiqh fatwas related to the legal issues affected by Corona disease will be collected and presented by showing the effects of this disease on many issues such as social and their temporary handling in terms of fatwa. The time of the spread of this disease or the effect of keeping a distance between those who pray while praying in congregation, the licensing of some prayers, the suspension of hajj and umrah prayers or the decrease in the number of pilgrims and umrah pilgrims, the desirability of paying or speeding up some zakat and alms, the effect of this on the rights of family and kinship, Topics such as nursery and breastfeeding standards and its impact on financial transactions will be covered. We will touch on some of the fatwas and inspections that affect the change or temporary suspension of the provision until the end of the health change that occurred as a result of the emergence of Corona. It will achieve fruitful results demonstrating the validity of the Islamic Sharia for time-space and revealing that it is the sole criterion for dealing with the variables that arise in people’s lives and livelihoods." | ||
