المستخلص:فإن من أبرز خصائص شريعة الإسلام: اليسر، والتخفيف، والسماحة على العباد، فإذا وجد في مسألة ما مظنة مشقة عارضة للمكلف، فإن الشريعة تخفف عنه، وترخص له بما يقع تحت قدرته دون حرج، أو عسر، وقد جاء البحث مشتملا على تمهيد وثلاثة مباحثة تناولت في التمهيد: معنى الحكم وأقسامه، والرخصة من أي الأقسام، وتناولت في المبحث الأول: تعريف الرخصة لغة واصطلاحا، والألفاظ والصيغ التي تدل عليها، والأدلة على مشروعيتها، وتناولت في المبحث الثاني: أسباب الرخصة، وأقسامها، وضوابط الأخذ بها، وتناولت في المبحث الثالث: الرخصة وأثرها في بيع السلم، وخاتمة: تضمنت أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها.
