| المستخلص: | يعد بناء الفكر الإنساني وتحصينه ضد الجهل والتطرف من أكبر الغايات التي تسعى إليها الشريعة الإسلامية، وقد دأبت الجامعات في أقسامها الترعية على صياغة خططها وفق هذه الغاية وذلك من خلال الدراسات الموضوعية التي تتناولها بعض الخطط؛ كالتفسير الموضوعي والحديث الموضوعي، ونظرا لما تعانيه المجتمعات اليوم من التحديات التي تؤثر في بناء الفكر؛ جاءت هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى بيان دور المعاهد الشرعية في بناء الفكر الإنساني وذلك من خلال مادتي التفسير الموضوعي والحديث الموضوعي، وبيان منهجية هذه المواد في بناء الفكر، واتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن معاهد الشريعة لها الدور الأكبر في بناء الفكر الإنساني وذلك من خلال خطط موادها الهادفة، وتوصيفاتها ومحاضراتها التطبيقية، وخاصة مقررات الدرس الموضوعي في نصوص الوحيين وذلك بإعمال العقل وبناء التصور الصحيح، واتباع المنهجية الرصينة، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة إقرار هذه المواد كمتطلب إجباري في جميع المعاهد الشرعية. "The building of human thought and immunization against ignorance and extremism is one of the biggest goals sought by Islamic law. Universities have been formulating their plans accordingly through objective studies in their legal departments. These studies involve plans, which revolve around accurate interpretation and objective talk. This study has two aims given today’s societal challenges where thoughts are impacted by contact with the old and contemporary deviant sects. The first is to demonstrate the role of Shariah Institutes in the construction of human thought through two courses: objective talk and objective modern interpretation. The second is to explain the methodology incorporated in these courses. This study utilized the deductive analytical method. The study concluded that Shariah Institutes should be the most significant contributors to thought-building. Humanity, through the plans of purposeful materials, descriptions, and applied lectures, by the work of reason and building the correct perception, and through the strict application of a methodology, can develop healthy thought processes. It is particularly recommended that the objective lessons of revelation be studied and applied. The study suggests the mandatory inclusion of these courses in Sharia institutes." |
