| المستخلص: | تناولت دراستنا موضوع الأنماط السلوكية لجرائم النساء ودوافعها، حيث انتشرت الجريمة على نطاق واسع على أثر التطورات التي شهدها العالم على كافة الميادين الاقتصادية، والسياسية والثقافية والاجتماعية، نتيجة التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي، وكذلك ظهور وصور جديدة من الجرائم مرتبطة بفئة النساء. تعد هذه المشكلة من الظواهر الاجتماعية الخطيرة والشائكة والمعقدة، حيث برزت جرائم المرأة نتيجة مشاركة المرأة في نشاط المجتمع في كافة ميادين الحياة. وتعددت الاتجاهات المفسرة لاختلاف إجرام النساء عن الرجال، كما يرجع البعض انخفاض نسبة إجرام المرأة عن إجرام الرجل إلى ما تتميز به المرأة من تكوين عضوي ونفسي مختلف عن تكوين الرجل، وعليه لا تلجأ المرأة إلى التصرفات التي تتسم بالعنف، بل تتجه إلى وسائل سهلة وبخاصة الجرائم التي تقع بالحيلة. أما الفقه الحديث يميل إلى اعتناق التفسير التكاملي لتأكيد أن النوع أو الجنس من العوامل الرئيسية في الإجرام، ولكنه لا يمكن فصلهما عن باقي العوامل المؤثرة في السلوك الإجرامي لتفسير اختلاف إجرام المرأة عن إجرام الرجل. كما توصل الباحثون في علم الإجرام إلى أن هناك عوامل خارجية دافعة إلى ارتكاب الجريمة بصفة عامة، وعلى إجرام النساء بصفة خاصة، فهناك دوافع خارجية اقتصادية، بالإضافة إلى دور العوامل الخارجية الثقافية، وكذلك الدوافع الخارجية الاجتماعية سواء تمثلت في الأسرة، والأصدقاء، وبيئة العمل. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها؛ رفع الوعي التثقيفي والإعلامي، وبخاصة ثقافة المعرفة القانونية لجميع فئات المجتمع ومنها النساء، كما يتعين دمج برامج الوقاية والعلاج من خطورة الجرائم المرتكبة من المرأة، والعمل على إعادة، تأهيل المرأة المنحرفة، وتقويم المرأة المهيأة للانحراف، وكذلك العمل على تفعيل برامج خدمات المجتمع لجميع الفئات المختلفة في المجتمع سواء كانت تلك البرامج ثقافية، أو صحية، أو اجتماعية، حتى تتضافر الجهود كلها تحت مظلة واحدة تستوعب التدريب، والعلاج ، والمتابعة، والبحوث، والتقويم. Our study is about the behavioral patterns of women's crimes and their motives, where Crime has spread widely following developments in the world in all fields of economic, political, cultural and social, as a result of scientific and technological progress, as well as the emergence of new patterns and images of crimes associated with specific groups of society, including women. The problem of behavioral patterns of women's crimes and their motives is a serious, thorny and complex social phenomenon, where women's crimes have recently emerged as a result of the integration of women into the sphere of community activity and in all spheres of life. The reasons for the differing criminality of women from men, which may lead them to walk towards the path of crime according to the research and statistics of criminologists, have been based on them; To easy means, especially resourceful crimes. Modern jurisprudence tends to embrace the complementary interpretation to assert that gender or gender are key factors in criminality, but they cannot be separated from other factors influencing criminal behavior to explain the differentness of women's criminality from men's. The researchers also concluded in criminology that there are external factors driving the commission of crime in general, and the criminality of women in particular, where there are many of these factors, and cannot be limited to specific factors, there are external economic motives, in addition to the role of external cultural factors, as well as external social motives whether they are family, friends, and work environment. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, including raising educational and media awareness, especially the culture of legal knowledge for all groups of society, including women, as well as integrating programs to prevent and treat the seriousness of crimes committed by women, work on the rehabilitation of deviant women, and to evaluate women who are prepared to deviate, as well as work to activate community service programs for all different groups in society, whether cultural, health or social, so that all efforts are combined under one umbrella that accommodates training, treatment, and Follow-up, research, and calendar. |
