| المستخلص: | يعد انتحال الوظائف العامة من الآفات الخطيرة التي تعصف على المجتمعات كافة مستغلة جهل وسذاجة شريحة من المواطنين والذين يقعون ضحية لهؤلاء المنتحلين، ومن جهة أخرى فإن جريمة انتحال الوظائف العامة قد تقع من الموظف العام حينما يدعي بكونه موظف في وزارة أو دائرة ما وبكونه يتقلد منصب مهم وهو في الواقع موظف بسيط على ملاك إحدى الوزارات، أو قد يقع من شخص لا يعد موظف عام وإنما يعد دخيلا على الوظيفة العامة حيث يقوم بإيهام المواطنين وإقناعهم بكونه موظف عام لغرض الحصول على مكاسب شخصية وأحيانا يكون لغرض الشهرة، لذا أرتانيا أن نسلط الضوء على هذه الجريمة نظرا لأهميتها في الواقع الحالي ولكثرتها في حياتنا العامة وعدم تسليط الضوء عليها من قبل الباحثين.
