| المستخلص: | "استهدف بحثنا الحالي الوقوف على الدور الذي تضطلع به القيادة الاستراتيجية في تعزيز الاستراتيجيات التفاوضية في المنظمة المبحوثة، فضلا عن الإجابة على التساؤلات التي تم طرحها في مشكلة البحث، وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم اختيار وزارة الموارد المائية العراقية لتكون ميدانا بحثيا، كما حددت العينة بمن يشغل منصبا قياديا في المنظمة المبحوثة، وقد تمثل مجتمع البحث بـ (٢٤٠) فردا وقد تم توزيع (١٤٤) استبانة وتم استرداد (١٤٠) منها، وتم جمع البيانات بالاعتماد على المقابلات الشخصية والاستبانة، وتمت الاستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS v22 للحصول على النتائج. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن متغير القيادة الاستراتيجية أسهم في التأثير في استراتيجيات التفاوض في وزارة الموارد المائية العراقية، كما اقترح البحث عدة توصيات من أهمها: إدراك عناصر وأبعاد متغيرات البحث قابلة للتطوير والتغيير بشكل يتزامن مع تطور وتنوع الوظائف والتغيرات في البيئة المتسارعة." "Our current research aims to stand on the role played by the strategic leadership in strengthening the negotiating strategies in the researched organization, as well as answering the questions that were raised in the research problem. The sample determined who holds a leadership position in the organization in question, and the research community was represented by (240) individuals, and (144) questionnaires were distributed and (140) were retrieved, and data was collected based on personal interviews and a questionnaire, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used. v22 to get results. The research concluded that the strategic leadership variable contributed to influencing the negotiation strategies in the Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources, and the research suggested several recommendations, the most important of which are: Realizing the elements and dimensions of the research variables that are subject to development and change in a manner that coincides with the development and diversity of jobs and changes in the accelerating environment." |
