| المستخلص: | لقد احتل تطبيق الواتس آب مكانة كبيرة لدى كافة أفراد الأسر في الدول العربية ممن يرغبون في التواصل مع الأصدقاء والأهل، وتتبع أخبارهم والتعرف على التفاصيل اليومية في حياة أصدقائهم بصفة عامة وخاصة خلال جائحة كورونا. ولقد اختلفت الآراء حول استخدام الواتس آب ما بين مؤيد ومعارض، حيث يرى بعضهم بأن استخدام تطبيق الواتس آب قد أدى إلى الانطواء والانعزال وأثر في العلاقات الاجتماعية بشكل سلبي. ولكن على عكس ذلك يرى البعض الآخر أن هذا التطبيق قد أتاح التوسع في العلاقات الاجتماعية خلال جائحة كورونا لأنه أدى إلى تقريب المسافات، وساعد على تحقيق الترابط وحسن العلاقات بشكل عام في معظم المجتمعات. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح لملائمته لمثل هذا النوع من الدراسات عينة عشوائية في المجتمع عن طريق عمل الاستبيان عن طريق اختيار عينة عشوائية من مواطني الدول العربية عن طريق استبانة من أجل الحصول على آرائهم بهدف وصف الدوافع الرئيسية لإقبال الأفراد على استخدام الواتس آب خلال جائحة كورونا وما يترتب على ذلك من أثار سلبية وإيجابية. وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج منها أوضحت الدراسة بأن 57% من أفراد العينة يستخدمون برنامج الواتس آب، وبأن النساء أكثر استخداما حيث ظهر ذلك بنسبة 90 %، وأوضحت الدراسة بأن 55% من أفراد العينة قد وافقوا على أن استخدام الواتس آب يقلل من التواصل الصوتي مع الآخرين، وبينت الدراسة بأن 85% من أفراد العينة قد وافقوا على أن الواتس آب يعتبر شيء إيجابي خلال جائحة كورونا، أوضحت الدراسة بأن 62% من أفراد العينة قد وافقوا على أن الواتس آب وسيلة جيدة لتكوين الصداقات خلال جائحة كورونا. Undoubtedly WhatsApp application has occupied a great position among all family members in the Arab countries who wish to communicate with friends, family and relatives, know their news, learn about the daily details in the lives of their friends in general, and especially during Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19). Opinions about the use of WhatsApp differed between supporters and opponents of that, as some believed that the use of the WhatsApp application had led to introversion and isolation and had a negative impact on social relations. On the contrary, some others argue that this application has enabled the expansion of social relations during undoubtedly because it has led to bridging distances and helped to achieve cohesion and improve relations in general in most societies. The girl researcher used the descriptive approach of the survey method for its suitability for this type of studies, a random sample in the community by making a questionnaire by selecting a random sample of citizens of Arab countries through a questionnaire in order to obtain their opinions with the aim of describing the main motives for individuals to use WhatsApp during undoubtedly and the negative and positive consequences. The study concluded a set of conclusions, including that the study showed that 57% of the respondents use WhatsApp, and that women use WhatsApp more, as it appeared at a rate of 90%. The study also indicated that 55% of respondents agreed that using the WhatsApp application reduces voice communication with others. The study showed that 85% of respondents agreed that WhatsApp is a positive thing during undoubtedly. The study demonstrated that 62% of respondents agreed that WhatsApp is a good way to form friendships during Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19). |
