| المستخلص: | أخلاقيات المهنة تمثل مدى التزام الموظف بواجباته الوظيفية كما يحددها القانون، حيث يعتبر الموظف مقيدا بقواعد المهنة وتعليماتها التي تمتاز بها حرص الموظف على المصلحة العامة لأن كل ما يصدر عن الموظف هو جزء من المجتمع وسلوكياته، ثم أن المنظمة تركز بشكل كبير على مواردها البشرية ومدى نجاح أدائهم، وقد عرفت هذه الأخلاقيات في الوقت الراهن تراجعا رهيبا مما أدى إلى إعادة صياغة تشريعات ومدونات تهتم بفرض بعض الأخلاق على الوظيفة حتى تتمكن المنظمة من بلوغ أهدافها. The researchers aim through this study to scrutinize and analyze the information and data related to sports by the Algerians during the colonial era, as well as to stand on the manifestations of that struggle for athletes, and the researchers have relied in this study on the historical retrieval approach to its suitability for such studies. Since it is the method that helps the social researcher to get acquainted with the past phenomena, analyze them and explain them scientifically, the most important result of this research was that the Algerian athletes contributed an active role in the success of the eight-day strike of 1957, as well as their contribution to internationalizing the Algerian issue in international forums. The most important recommendation made by this study is the case to write the history of Algerian sports and teach it to generations so that the history of the champions is not forgotten. |
