| المستخلص: | تهدف المنظمة إلى تحقيق نتائج وغايات قامت لأجلها من بينها تحسين أداءها كما ونوعا وتستخدم موارد متنوعة مادية ومعنوية وتقنية وبشرية، وهذه الأخيرة تعد أهمها على الإطلاق فتفعيل المورد البشري وتعديل سلوكاته ومهاراته ومعارفه عن طريق التدريب مهم كي يتحقق الأداء والإنجازات التي تصبو إليها المنظمة، ولقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة متطلبات جودة التدريب وبيان أثره على الأداء الكلى للمنظمة الاقتصادية، فتدريب المورد البشري قضية محورية تساهم في تحقيق الأهداف وذلك إذا انطلقت من احتياجات فعلية يتم من خلالها بناء برامج تدريب تساهم في تحسن أداء المورد البشري المتدرب من خلال التزامه بالقواعد والإجراءات التي تحددها الإدارة لضمان مستويات الجودة والتكلفة ومعايير الأداء المستهدفة. The organization aims to achieve results and goals for it, including improving its performance in quantity and quality, and using various material, moral, technical and human resources, the latter being the most important of all, so activating the human resource and modifying its behavior, skills and knowledge through training is important in order to achieve the performance and achievements that the institution aspires to. This study aimed to know the requirements of the quality of training and its impact on the overall performance of the economic organization. Training of the human resource is a central issue that contributes to achieving the goals and that if it starts from actual needs through which training programs are built that contribute to improving the performance of the trained human resource through his commitment to the rules and procedures. Determined by management to ensure targeted quality, cost and performance standards. |
