| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان: آثار جائحة كورونا في أحكام العبادات - الصلاة نموذجا-؛ للتيسير على الناس، ورفع الحرج والمشقة عنهم؛ عملا بروح الشريعة، ونزولا على مقاصدها في تحقيق مصالح العباد وجلب النفع لهم، ودفع الضرر عنهم؛ حيث إن العالم أجمع يمر بواقع جديد وطارئ، أدخل الناس في حرج شديد ومشقة؛ فأشكل عليهم في أمور دينهم ودنياهم، رغم التطور العلمي في كافة المجالات؛ كالعلوم الطبية وعلم الأمراض وغيرها مما يتعلق بالأوبئة والجوائح، فكانت الحاجة ماسة لدراسة الموضوع وبيان أحكامه وبعض التطبيقات العملية عليه في فقه الصلاة كنموذج This research aims to clarify the effects of the Corona pandemic on the rulings of Acts of Worship, the prayers as an example. This research is trying to show how what to do in case of pandemic to make people’s lives easier, and to liberate them from embarrassment, distress and hardship, in accordance with the spirit of the tolerant Islamic rulings, and in order to achieve its purposes. The main objectives of Shari'ah are to meet and secure people’s benef its and welfare, and to keep off and avert any harm. Since the whole world is going through a new and unexpected reality, it has plunged people into severe embarrassment, narrowness and hardship, and it has confused them in matters of their religion and their worldly affairs, in spite of the great scientific development in all fields such as medical sciences, pathology, and others related to epidemics and plagues. Such circumstances require some course of action; therefore, the need to study such topics has become urgent and necessary to clarify their ruling laws, and explain some practical applications of them. Prayer jurisprudence will be my concern as a model. |
