| المستخلص: | "يهدف البحث إلى الرد على الشبهات المثارة حول حديث طواف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بنسائه في غسل واحد، حيث أثيرت حوله العديد من الشبهات، تتمحور حول محورين: المحور الأول شبهة مخالفة الحديث للنقل والعقل من جهة مخالفته للآيات في سورة المزمل التي تبين انشغاله صلى الله عليه وسلم بالصلاة والقيام في ليله، ومخالفته للعقل بأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان عنده من أعباء الدعوة ومشاغلها ما لا يجعله مهتما بهذه الأمور، والمحور الثاني شبهة مخالفة الحديث للحس والذوق، في أن الحديث يظهر عدم تقدير النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم للمرأة، ويقلل من مكانة المرأة في الإسلام، مخالفته للذوق أن طواف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على نسائه بغسل واحد مناف للنظافة، ومما لا يليق بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. وأما ملخص الرد على الشبهة الأولى، فإن الآيات في فرض قيام الليل على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم منسوخة، والنبي منهجه التوسط في جميع أموره، فلا إفراط ولا تفريط. وملخص الرد على الشبهة الثانية، أن سياق منظومة تعامل النبي صلى الله عليه مع المرأة، توضح مدى تقديره لمكانة المرأة، وكذلك الأحكام التشريعية الخاصة بالمرأة في الإسلام توضح مدى عنايته بها، وأن شراح الحديث قد ذكروا تفسير طواف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الحديث. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: نقض هذه الشبهات وبيان تهافتها، وإبراز أن من المسالك النافعة في إزالة الشبهات حول نصوص السنة، جمع روايات الحديث، والنظر في تبويبات المحدثين له، مما يفسر كثيرا من اللبس فيها، وكذلك النظر في سياق الروايات الأخرى في الباب، وفهم الحديث من خلال المنظومة العامة لسياق هذه الأحاديث، لإعطاء صورة واضحة لمعنى الحديث. ومما برز كذلك من خلال الرد على هذه الشبهات أن منهج المشككين في السنة، اقتطاع النصوص من سياقاتها، وغض النظر عن إظهار الصورة الكاملة للحديث." "The research aims to reply the suspicions alleging that Prophet (PBUH) went around to all his wives with one Ghusl (major ablution), whereby too many suspicions have been raised on this issue centering on two main themes; the first theme is the suspicion of the hadith’s wrongdoing of revelation and reason in terms of its violation of Surah Al-Muzammil verses which indicate that Prophet (PBUH) was preoccupied with performing of prayers and night praying throughout the night, and also its violation of the reason that Prophet (PBUH) was overburden with the encumbrances and concerns of Da‘wah which didn’t make him interested in these matters, and the second theme is the suspicion of the hadith’s violation of sense and decorum since it shows the Prophet’s (PBUH) underestimation of women, and it also degrades the position of women in Islam. This hadith’s violation of decorum is that Prophet (PBUH) went around to all his wives with one Ghusl (major ablution) which is contrary to cleaning up and doesn’t suit the Prophet (PBUH). A summary of replying the first suspicion is that the verses of imposing the night prayer on Prophet (PBUH) are abrogated, and the approach of Prophet (PBUH) is the moderation in all his matters without exaggeration or negligence. And the summary of replying the second suspicion is that the context of Prophet›s (PBUH) method of dealing with women indicates the extent of his appreciation to the position of women, and the legitimate provisions of women in Islam further show the extent of his care about them. The most important results of the research are the refuting of these suspicions and showing its flimsiness, and pointing out that the useful methods of eliminating the suspicions about the texts of Sunnah are the collection of hadith›s narrations and considering the tabulations of its narrators which explain much of the confusion about that, and also to consider the context of other narrations in the Chapter, as well as understanding the hadith through the overall structure of these hadiths› context; in order to provide a clear picture of the hadith›s meaning. It was also figured prominently through replying to these suspicions that the approach of doubters on the Sunnah is to break up texts out of their contexts and turn a blind eye to show a complete picture of the hadith." |
