| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن نوع مصدر الضبط الصحي السائد ومستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى مرضى السرطان، وكذا نوع العلاقة بين كل من أبعاد مصدر الضبط الصحي والصلابة النفسية، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتطبيق كل من مقياس مصدر الضبط الصحي، واستبيان الصلابة النفسية، وشملت الدراسة عينة قوامها 42 مريضا بالسرطان تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 28 و67 سنة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. وبعد اعتماد مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية في معالجة البيانات توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى سيادة مصدر الضبط الصحي الخارجي، وانخفاض مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى العينة، كما كشفت عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مصدر الضبط الصحي والصلابة النفسية في البعد الداخلي وبعد الحظ والصدفة، وغيابها في بعد ذوي النفوذ. This study aimed to determine the type of health locus of control that prevails and the level of psychological Hardiness in cancer patients, and the type of relationship between the dimensions of health locus control and psychological Hardiness, the purposive sample of this correlative descriptive study consisted of 42 cancer patients between the ages of 28 and 67 who were randomly selected. After ascertaining the symmetric characteristics of the scale. The results of the study show that their internal health locus of control in the sample of cancer patients studied, so does the level of psychological Hardiness is low. It also revealed a correlation between the health locus of control and the psychological Hardiness of the inner dimension and the dimension of luck and chance, and its absence in the dimension of the power of others. |
