| المستخلص: | حقوق الطفل حاجات أساسية تمكنه من أن يحيا بكرامة وشخصية متوازنة، ويعد اللعب من بين الحقوق التي تسهم في نمو الطفل من الناحية الجسدية والروحية والاجتماعية ولكن يحدث أن يتعرض الطفل للخطر عند ممارسته لحقه في اللعب وهو ما يجعل من توفير الحماية للطفل امر بالغ الأهمية وهو ما سعت إليه الأنظمة القانونية من خلال تحديد قواعد تحمي الطفل من مخاطر استعمال الألعاب والعمل على وضع استراتيجيات لتوفير بيئة لعب آمنة للطفل سواء كانت بيئة مادية أو رقمية، ومنحت هيئات اجتماعية صلاحيات لمساعدة الأطفال عند تعرضهم للخطر أي كان مصدره ،لان حماية الطفل من مخاطر اللعب هو التمكين الفعلي لحقه في اللعب. Child rights are necessary needs that enable him to live in dignity and to have an equilibrium in his personality. Plying is one of the right, which helps in the growth of the child socially spiritually, or in his body .However, he may be exposed to any threat or dangers on practicing his rights on games. Thus ,it leads to an obligation to provide protection .The legislative systems are trying o do so by elaborating rules and laws that protect the child from any danger on the use of this toys or games and to put strategies which provide a playing environment which must be safe either digital or materials they offer some social organizations or establishments tasks to help the children when they are exposed to any risk and whatever its origin .The protection of the child from the dangers of games is indeed the true deed to practices his rights in playing. |
