| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتفعيل الاستثمار في الأبحاث العلمية بالجامعات السعودية في ضوء التجارب العالمية، من خلال الكشف عن واقع الاستثمار في الأبحاث العلمية بالجامعات السعودية، وتحديد ما متطلبات تفعيل الاستثمار في الأبحاث العلمية بالجامعات السعودية في ضوء التجارب العالمية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والكشف عن دلالة الفروق في واقع الاستثمار في الأبحاث العلمية بالجامعات السعودية في ضوء التجارب العالمية، والتي قد تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة: (الجنس، الدرجة العلمية، الجامعة). ولتحقيق أهدافها تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي (المسحي)، واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة كأداة لها طبقت على عينة قصدية مكونة من (٣٧٦) فردا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المنطقة الغربية: (جامعة الملك عبد العزيز، جامعة أم القرى، جامعة الطائف). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع الاستثمار في الأبحاث العلمية بالجامعات السعودية، جاء بدرجة "متوسطة" بمقدار (2.63 من 5.00)، وجاءت معوقات الاستثمار في الأبحاث العلمية بدرجة "عالية" بمقدار (3.75 من 5.00)، وجاءت المتطلبات اللازمة لتفعيل الاستثمار في الأبحاث العلمية بدرجة "عالية" بمقدار (3.69 من 5.00)، وكشفت الدراسة عن أن متغيرات الدراسة: (الجنس، الدرجة العلمية، الجامعة)، وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو (واقع، معوقات، متطلبات) الاستثمار في الأبحاث العلمية في الجامعات السعودية باختلاف متغير (النوع)، وتبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لواقع استثمار الأبحاث العلمية تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية لصالح أفراد الدراسة من الأساتذة، ومتغير الجامعة لصالح جامعة أم القرى، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمتطلبات الاستثمار الأبحاث العلمية تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية لصالح أفراد الدراسة من الأساتذة، ومتغير الجامعة لصالح جامعة الطائف، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مقترح لتفعيل الاستثمار في الأبحاث العلمية في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء التجارب العالمية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بالعمل على تبني التصور المقترح وتطبيقه والعمل على تحقيق المتطلبات اللازمة لتفعيل الاستثمار في الأبحاث العلمية في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء التجارب العالمية. The study aimed to aimed to develop a proposed perception for activating activate investment in scientific research in Saudi universities in the light of global experiences, by revealing the reality of investment in scientific research in Saudi universities, and determining what are the requirements for activating investment in scientific research in Saudi universities in the light of international experiences from the point of view of faculty members And revealing the significance of the differences in the reality of investing in scientific research in Saudi universities in the light of international experiences, which may be attributed to the study variables: (gender, degree, university), in order to achieve these goals, the descriptive (survey) approach was used, and the study relied on a questionnaire as its tool, which was applied to an intentional sample of (376) members of the teaching staff in universities in the western region: (King Abdul Aziz University, Al-Qura University, Taif University). The study concluded that the reality of investment in scientific research in Saudi universities came at a “medium” degree of (2.63 out of 5.00), and the obstacles to investment in scientific research came to a “high” degree of (3.75 out of 5.00), and the requirements for activating investment in scientific research came With a "high" score (3.69 out of 5.00), the study revealed that the study variables: (gender, academic degree, university), And it was found that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study members of the faculty members towards (reality, obstacles, requirements) investing in scientific research in Saudi universities according to the variable (type), and it was found that there were statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the faculty members’ responses to the reality The investment of scientific research is attributed to the degree variable in favor of the professors in the study, and the university variable in favor of Umm Al-Qura University, It was also found that there are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of faculty members’ responses to the scientific research investment requirements due to the scientific degree variable in favor of the study members from the professors, and the university variable in favor of Taif University. Globalism. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended working on adopting and implementing the proposed vision and working to achieve the necessary requirements to activate investment in scientific research in Saudi universities in the light of international experiences. |
