| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى تحديد درجة ممارسة الشفافية في تعاملات لاعبي كرة القدم ووسطائهم مع الأندية الرياضية في مواسم الانتقالات، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته لطبيعة هذا البحث، وتمثل مجتمع البحث في ثلاثة فئات رئيسية هم- الفئة الأولى تتمثل في (رؤساء وأعضاء مجالس إدارات، وإدارات التعاقدات والتسويق) بأندية الدوري المصري الممتاز لكرة القدم موسم 2020/ 2021، الفئة الثانية تتمثل في (لاعبي كرة القدم بأندية الدوري المصري الممتاز لكرة القدم، ووسطاء اللاعبين) الفئة الثالثة تتمثل الصحفيين والإعلاميين والنقاد الرياضيين، كما تمثلت عينة البحث في (١٥٢) مفردة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، واستخدم الباحث استمارة استبيان من تصميمه كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد أشارت أهم نتائج البحث إلى أن واقع ممارسة الشفافية في تعاملات لاعبي كرة القدم ووسطائهم مع الأندية الرياضية في مواسم الانتقالات بحاجة إلى الضبط الذي يقوم على زيادة مساحة الشفافية من قبل المسؤولين عن إدارة الأندية واللاعبين ووسطائهم، وكلما كانت التعاملات أكثر شفافية ووضوح كلما ابتعدت الجماهير عن تصديق الشائعات أو البحث عن الحقيقة، كذلك تسهم الشفافية في إزالة الكثير من الغلط الموجود حول بعض الصفقات وتسهيل حسمها وتعظيم الفائدة لجميع الأطراف في سوق الانتقالات؛ ومن أهم التوصيات توصيات موجهه إلى (لاعبي كرة القدم ووسطائهم، ومسئولي الأندية الرياضية) بضرورة البعد عن ترويج الشائعات والتفاوض بمسئولية أخلاقية حول صفقات الانتقال أو تعديل العقود في مواسم الانتقالات، التزام الشفافية في الإفصاح عن البيانات والمعلومات الحقيقية المتعلقة بالانتقالات أو التعاقدات، وتوصيات موجهة إلى مسئولي اتحاد كرة القدم بالعمل على تعزيز الثقة المتبادلة مع كل من اللاعبين والأندية والوسطاء عن طريق إشراكهم في صنع السياسات وصياغة التشريعات المتعلقة بانتقالات اللاعبين. |b Determining the degree of transparency in the dealings of football players and their intermediaries with sports clubs during the transfer seasons, and the descriptive method was used in a survey method appropriate to the nature of this research, and the research community was represented in three main categories, the first category represented in (chairmen and members of boards of directors, and contracting and marketing departments) in the Egyptian Premier League football clubs, season 2020/2021, the second category is represented by (football players in the Egyptian Premier League clubs, and player mediators), the third category is represented by journalists, media professionals and sports critics, and the research sample consisted of (152) individuals who were chosen by the random stratified method, The researchers used a questionnaire he designed as a tool The researcher used a questionnaire he designed as a tool for data collection, and the most important results of the research indicated that the reality of practicing transparency in the dealings of football players and their intermediaries with sports clubs during the transfer seasons needs to be controlled, which is based on increasing the transparency area by those responsible for managing clubs, players and their intermediaries, and the more transparent and clear the transactions, the more the fans move away from Believing rumors or searching for the truth, transparency also contributes to removing a lot of confusion around some deals, facilitating their settlement and maximizing the benefit for all parties in the transfer market, Among the most important recommendations directed to (football players and their mediators, and officials of sports clubs) to avoid spreading rumors and negotiating with a moral responsibility about transfer deals or amending contracts in transfer seasons, a commitment to transparency in disclosing real data and information related to transfers or contracts, and recommendations directed to Football Association officials work to enhance mutual trust with players, clubs and mediators by involving them in policy-making and drafting legislation related to player transfers. | ||
