| 520 | |b The covid-19 pandemic has had an irreversible negative impact on employment and recruitment in most countries. This pandemic has led to a great wave of job losses, especially in settings where teleworking is not possible, including the informal sector. Already before the covid crisis, the international community of young graduates was struggling to find permanent jobs. What prompts us to study the legal framework that was established by the Algerian legislator to deal with the covid 19 crisis? Has Algerian labor law established a legal system to deal with this health crisis legally speaking or not? |d La pandémie du covid-19 a eu un impact négatif irréversible sur l’emploi et le recrutement dans la plupart des pays. Cette pandémie a entrainé une grande vague de perte d'emplois surtout dans les milieux où le télétravail n’est pas possible y compris le secteur informel. Déjà qu’avant la crise du covid, la communauté internationale des jeunes diplômés avait du mal à trouver des poste de travail fixe. Ce qui nous pousse à l’étude du cadre juridique qui a été instauré par le législateur algérien pour faire face à la crise du covid 19? Est-ce que le droit du travail algérien a instauré un dispositif juridique pour appréhender cette crise sanitaire juridiquement parlent ou pas? | ||
