| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع دور القيادة المدرسية في نشر الوعي الصحي بمدارس التعليم في المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الطائف من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسط استجابات العينة حول واقع دور القيادة المدرسية في نشر الوعي الصحي بمدارس التعليم في المرحلة الثانوية والتي تعزي لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي -سنوات الخبرة -الدورات التدريبية). واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وكانت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة؛ وتكونت من (٤٥) عبارة موزعة علي ثلاثة محاور، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٢٥٤) معلما من معلمي المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الطائف، وأظهرت النتائج أن الاتجاه العام لأفراد العينة كان بدرجة عالية من الموافقة في محور مكافحة العدوى كأعلى محور، يليها محور الصحة المدرسية بدرجة متوسطة، يليها محور التغذية السليمة بدرجة متوسطة، عدم وجود فروق معنوية دالة إحصائية في جميع متوسطات محاور استبانة دور القيادة المدرسية في نشر الوعي الصحي بمدارس التعليم في المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الطائف من وجهة نظر المعلمين من حيث المؤهل العلمي (ما عدا محور التغذية السليمة حيث وجد هناك فروق لصالح حاملي مؤهل الدراسات العليا)، أما متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة؛ فقد أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق معنوية دالة إحصائية في جميع متوسطات محاور الاستبانة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة على استبانة دور القيادة المدرسية في نشر الوعي الصحي تبعا لمتغير عدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال الصحة عند مستوي (٠,٠١) لصالح الحاصلين علي أكثر من خمس دورات تدريبية، وقد أوصت الدراسة بأن دور القادة في نشر الوعي الصحي يحتاج إلي الاهتمام بدرجة أكبر من الوضح الحالي، يجب أن تحتوي المناهج على محتوي يهدف إلى نشر ثقافة الوعي الصحي. The study aimed to identify the reality of the school leadership's role in spreading health awareness in secondary education schools in Taif city from the teachers ’point of view, and to reveal statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample responses about the reality of the school leadership’s role in spreading health awareness in secondary education schools. Refer to variables (academic qualification - years of experience - training courses). The study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was a tool for the study. It consisted of (45) statements distributed over three axes, and the study sample consisted of (254) teachers from secondary schools teachers in Taif city, and the results showed that the general trend of the sample members was with a high degree of approval in the infection control axis as the highest axis, followed by the school health axis with a degree Medium, followed by the axis of good nutrition with a medium degree, the absence of statistically significant differences in all averages of the axes of the school leadership questionnaire in spreading health awareness in secondary education schools in Taif city from the teachers' point of view in terms of scientific qualification (except for the proper nutrition axis, where it was found. There are differences in favor of holders of a postgraduate qualification), as for the variable number of years of experience; The results resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences in all the averages of the questionnaire axes, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the sample members to the questionnaire of the school leadership's role in spreading health awareness according to the variable of the number of training courses in the field of health at the level of (0.01) For the benefit of holders of more than five training courses, the study recommended that the role of leaders in spreading health awareness needs attention to a greater degree than the current clarification. Curricula must contain content aimed at spreading the culture of health awareness. |
