| المستخلص: | This article deals with the leading indicators of the transformations in the year 2021 concerning the principal affairs of the Arab world. It includes the inter-relations and relations with neighboring Islamic countries, national internal ties between governments and the opposition. Moreover it discusses the role of political Islam movements and their problem with some Arab regimes, as well as concerning the Arab- Israeli conflict and Palestinian confrontations with Occupation. The article draws the nature of the dynamic of the slow transformation in 2021 cautiously. It also tries to use its most important indicators to search for trends and prospects for the Arab reality and the Arab-Israeli conflict for 2022 and beyond. The analysis confirms that the continuation of many indicators of Arab disputes and significant Arab regressions in support of the Palestinian struggle against the Israeli Occupation does not diminish the importance of the dynamics of transformation that worked to modify some reality trends for the year 2021 in principle. The political situation in the Arab world, with its opportunities and challenges, and the various Arab policies and programs that it requires need to be reformed. The article considers that the reformation of the political scene in the Arab world is moving with multiple tools and parties. However, at the same time, there are Israeli efforts to heat the situation in the region and try to create new divisions. Moreover, at the Palestinian level Arab, Western and Israeli efforts are still working vigorously to prevent the success of any understandings to shift towards Palestinian joint action. On the other hand, the dispute of several Arab governments with moderate political Islam movements no longer possesses sufficient dynamism to continue, as these movements have proven their total commitment to peaceful political action in thought and practice during the year 2021. Moreover, the indicators of the exercised elections in these countries and elsewhere, the general and the sectoral polls as a whole, affirmed the power, influence, and sociopolitical support for these movements at the expense of the other nationalist, leftist, and liberal movements. The article believes that the opportunity may have become favorable to reconsider the previous policies towards these movements, as the dynamics of achieving political, social, and economic security and stability outweigh the dynamics of discord and partisan, personal, or ideological conflict between the ruling elites and the leading elites in these movements. The article confirms the models it presented were contextualized for the year 2021 and the prospects of 2022. These models could serve as a measure for the components of discord and conflict for 2016-2021. Moreover, it might also serve as components of consensus and possible reconciliation for 2022-2025. Such expectation depends on the ability of these dynamics to create successful mechanisms and means on the one hand. On the other hand, they would alienate any exclusion, marginalization, accusations, and the use of violent methods on the other. On the other hand, such a condition is to be applied for both the ruling elites and opposition forces and elements. Finally, the article confirms its aim to raise the issue of possible transformation for reconciliation and unity in the Arab world. The article hopes its theme to be seriously discussed in the corridors of politics, security, thought, research centers, and Arab and Islamic media institutions. The goal would be to form sufficient impetus to operate the wise dynamic, objective methodology and target the nation's higher interests in inter-Arab Arab-Islamic relations, internal Arab national relations, and the Palestinian cause. |
