| المستخلص: | قد تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع "المبادئ التي تقوم عليها وثيقة الأخوة الإنسانية في مجال الأخلاق والمعاملات" هادفة إلى بيان أثر تطبيق المبادئ الشرعية في حفظ النفس البشرية وصون الكرامة الإنسانية، وقد اعتمدت على المنهج الاستقرائي، وتناول البحث الكلام عن المبادئ التي تقوم عليها الوثيقة في مجال الأخلاق والمعاملات كمبدأ صون الكرامة الإنسانية من غير تفرقة بين مسلم وغير مسلم والأدلة على ذلك، ومبدأ التسامح والعفو وعدم الإضرار بالغير وأن ذلك من أساس العلاقات الإنسانية، ومبدأ التعاون على البر ونشر روح المحبة والمودة ويدخل هذا المبدأ تحت المعاملة الحسنة، كذلك مبدأ صون الآداب العامة وحماية القيم الأخلاقية كالعدل والمساواة، وحرمة الاعتداء على النفس والمال، ومبدأ الاحترام المتبادل وقبول الآخر، والأدلة على ذلك، ومبدأ الوفاء بالعقود والعهود والمواثيق الدولية. This study dealt with the subject of "principles upon which the Document of Human Fraternity is based in the Field of Ethics and Transactions", aiming to show the impact of the application of Sharia principles in preserving the human soul and preserving human dignity. It relied on the inductive approach. Ethics and dealings as the principle of preserving human dignity without distinguishing between a Muslim and a non-Muslim, and the evidence for that, and the principle of tolerance, forgiveness and not harming others. And that this is from the basis of human relations, the principle of cooperation in righteousness and the dissemination of the spirit of love and affection, and this principle is included under good treatment, as well as the principle of preserving public morals and protecting moral values such as justice and equality, the sanctity of aggression against oneself and money, the principle of mutual respect and acceptance of others, and the evidence for that, and the principle Fulfillment of international contracts, covenants and covenants. |
