| المستخلص: | في ظل الانتقادات الكثيرة لطريقة احتساب عامل تأثير المجلات العلمية العربية المعتمد حالياً، تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعامل مع عدد مرات التحميل على أنها مؤشر آخر يمكن القياس على أساسه جودة المجلات العلمية وقوة تأثيرها في الأوساط الأكاديمية والعلمية. ولتحقيق هذا الأمر، تم اختيار تسع مجلات أكاديمية عراقية متاحة من خلال المستودع الرقمي للمجلات الأكاديمية العلمية، لأغراض تتبع عمليات التحميل للبحوث والدراسات المنشورة فيها خلال مدة زمنية محددة بعشر سنوات 2012-2021. وبعد التحليل تبين أن هناك مؤشرات عالية على عمليات التحميل لكل مجلة مع فوارق نسبية تميل لصالح المجلات الأكثر عراقة، مثل جامعة بغداد، والجامعة المستنصرية، وعليه تقدمت الدراسة بمقترح لصياغة عملية حسابية جديدة تعتمد على عدد مرات التحميل لقياس جودة وتأثير المجلات العلمية ليكون مؤشراً إضافياً لقياس عامل تأثير المجلات. Because of the numerous criticisms of the impact factor calculation method for Arab scientific journals, which is currently used to measure journals quality. Therefore, this study aims to deal with the number of downloads as another indicator by which to measure the quality of scientific journals and the strength of their influence in the academic and scientific community. To achieve this, (9) Iraqi academic journals available through the digital repository of academic and scientific journals were selected for the purposes of tracking downloads of research and studies published in them during a specified ten-year period of time. After the analysis, it was found that there are high download indicators for each magazine, with relative differences that tend in favor of the old journals such as "Al-Adab" at Baghdad University, and "Al-Adab" at Al- Mustansiriya. Accordingly, the study made a proposal to formulate a new calculation based on the number of downloads to measure the quality and impact of scientific journals, as an additional indicator to measure the impact factor of journals. |
