| المستخلص: | تناولت الدراسة مجتمع المعلومات من حيث المفهوم والسمات والأهداف والنظرية، إضافة للمعايير وأطوار ومؤشرات وقياسات مجتمع المعلومات، والأخلاقيات والملامح الإيجابية والسلبية؛ وأهم مبادئه والتحديات التي تواجه مجتمع المعلومات العربي، وكيف يتم إعداد المجتمع العربي ليلتحق بالدول المتقدمة في هذا المجال. مواجهة جميع العوائق عن طريق بناء استراتيجية وطنية للمعلومات والتخطيط لها، وتحقيق أهدافها ووضع جدول زمني للالتزام بالتنفيذ والمتابعة من أجل النهوض بالواقع المعلوماتي الرقمي والانتقال إلى المعلوماتية بإعداد المواطن العربي من خلال القواعد الأساسية للانتقال إلى هذه المجتمعات المتقدمة، كذلك الاندماج في التطورات الحديثة للتقدم الحضاري للألفية الجديدة. وهذا لا يمكن الوصول إليه إلا بتحقيق الفكر المعلوماتي بين جميع أفراد المجتمع. وتأتي في مقدمتها المؤسسات التعليمية وخاصة التعليم الجامعي، وزيادة الإنفاق الحكومي على هذه المؤسسات وتطوير المناهج والتعليم بإدماج التقنية في العملية التعليمية وهذا لا يتأتى إلا عن طريق المتابعة المستمرة ومشاركة كل أفراد المجتمع. The study of information society tackled the terms and concept of features, objectives and theories, indicators and measurements of information society and ethics, positive and negative aspects; its main purposes and challenge that faces Arabic information society, and how to prepare the Arabic society to engage with more advanced countries in this field. Facing all obstacles by building international strategy for information and planning for it, to achieve its objects and set a timetable for commitment to the implementation and following up in order to promote the digital information reality and transition information to prepare Arabic citizen through basics rules in addition to progress to these advanced societies, as well as integration in the development of civilized progress to the new millennium, and that can’t be achieved unless fulfilling the information thoughts among all members of society. On top of it educational institutions specially University education, and increasing government expenditure on these institutions, developing curricula and integrating electronic learning in the educational process, and this is only possible by continuous follow up and the participation of all members of society. |
