| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة وبين المجتمع المحلي في مدارس المرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية محافظة جرش من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تصميم استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة البحث من (80) معلم ومعلمة في مدارس تربية جرش، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وقد أشارت النتائج إلى مستوى (متوسط) لدور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة وبين المجتمع المحلي مديرية تربية محافظة جرش، وجاء المجال (الجانب الاجتماعي) بالمرتبة الأولى بدرجة متوسطة، يليه المجال (الجانب التربوي) بالمرتبة الثانية بدرجة متوسطة، يليه المجال (الجانب الاقتصادي) بالمرتبة الثالثة بدرجة متوسطة. وكذلك أشارت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α = 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس في الدرجة الكلية بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في (الجانب التربوي، والجانب الاجتماعي، والجانب الاقتصادي) ولصالح الإناث. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α = 0.05) تعزى لأثر الخبرة التدريسية في المجالات (الجانب التربوي، والجانب الاجتماعي، والجانب الاقتصادي، الدرجة الكلية). وكذلك أشارت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجال "الاقتصادي" وجاءت الفروق لصالح دراسات عليا). ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α = 0.05) تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في (الجانب الاجتماعي، والجانب الجانب التربوي، والدرجة الكلية). The current research aims to identify the role of the school administration in activating the partnership between the school and the local community in the primary schools in the Directorate of Education in Jerash Governorate from the point of view of teachers. The researcher used the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection, and the research sample consisted of (80) male and female teachers in Jerash schools, and they were chosen randomly. The results indicated a level (average) for the role of the school administration in activating the partnership between the school and the local community, the Directorate of Education of Jerash Governorate. Economics) ranked third, with a medium degree. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the effect of gender on the total score, while there were statistically significant differences in (the educational aspect, the social aspect, and the economic aspect) in favor of females. And there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the effect of the teaching experience in the fields (the educational aspect, the social aspect, the economic aspect, the total degree). The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the field of "economic" and the differences came in favor of higher studies).
