| المستخلص: | اشتمل البحث على أربعة فصول، إذ احتوى الفصل الأول على مقدمة وأهمية البحث، وتطرق الباحثان إلى أن التطور السريع في مجال لعبة كرة القدم وكثرة الممارسين لهذه اللعبة ودخولها في مجال المنهاج التعليمي للتربية البدنية والعلوم الرياضية ولكافة المراحل الدراسية جعل الخبراء والباحثين وباستخدام أسلوب البحث العلمي يتوصلون لإيجاد العديد من الوسائل والأساليب التعليمية الحديثة لتطوير هذه اللعبة وذلك من خلال استراتيجية وتعتبر الفورمات استراتيجية تعليمية تقدم طريقة لتصميم وتنظيم عملية التعلم والتعليم وفقا لأساليب متعددة. تستند هذه الاستراتيجية إلى التعلم المعرفي وتقوم على مسارين هما على النحو التالي: الإدراك (المجال النظري)، والمعالجة (المجال العملي). أما مشكلة البحث فتجسدت في ظهور الحاجة الماسة إلى استخدام نماذج تدريس حديثة تؤكد على مراعاة تعلم الطلاب وتسريع تفكيرهم، لذلك سعى الباحثان إلى اختيار استراتيجية (4 Mat) بعد أن اطلع الباحثان على مفردات مادة طرائق التدريس، فلم يجدا إلى ما يشير إلى اعتماد هذه الاستراتيجية في المجال الرياضي. أما الأهداف فكانت إعداد منهاج تعليمي باستخدام استراتيجية فورمات في تعلم بعض المهارات المدمجة والتحصيل المعرفي في كرة القدم. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته طبيعة مشكلة البحث، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على طلاب المرحلة الأولى في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة -جامعة ميسان) (٢٨) طالبا، وتم تقسيمهم على مجموعتين بالطريقة العشوائية بأسلوب القرعة، لكل مجموعة (١٤) طالبا مراعيا فيها التجانس والتكافؤ في المهارات المدمجة، والتي تم اعتمادها والاختبارات، وبعدها أجرى الباحثان الأسس العلمية، وأعقب ذلك تنفيذ المنهج التعليمي باستخدام استراتيجية الفورمات المقترح ولمدة أربعة أسابيع بواقع وحدتين تعليميتين في الأسبوع، وبزمن قدره (٩٠) دقيقة للوحدة التعليمية. وإجراء الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية تحت نفس الظروف، بالإضافة إلى استخدام للوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة من أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث وفروضه. الفصل الرابع: تضمن هذا الفصل عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها من خلال البيانات، مستندا إلى الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة، التي من خلالها تبين تحقيق أهداف البحث وفروضه. الفصل الخامس: الاستنتاجات أن استخدام المنهج التعليمي وفق استراتيجية الفورمات قد حقق تحسنا ملحوظا في المهارات المدمجة بكرة القدم التوصيات: اعتماد استراتيجية الفورمات في تعلم الطلبة مهارات كرة القدم (الأساسية والمركبة). The research problem is reflected in the urgent need to use modern teaching models that emphasize student learning and speed up their thinking, , So the researchers sought to choose a strategy (4Mat) after the researchers learned the vocabulary of teaching methods, he found no evidence to adopt this strategy in the field of sports. The goals were to prepare a curriculum using the Format strategy to learn some of the integrated skills and cognitive achievement in football. The researchers used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the research problem. The research society included the students of the first stage in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences - the University of Maysan (28) students, and they were divided into two groups in the random way by drawing lots for each group (14) Homogeneity and equivalence of embedded skills, Which was adopted and tests, and then the researcher conducted the scientific foundations, followed by the implementation of the curriculum using the strategy of the proposed formative and for four weeks, two units of education per week, and the duration of (90) minutes of the educational unit. And conducting the tests of tribal and remote under the same circumstances, in addition to the use of appropriate statistical means to achieve the objectives of research and its mandate. Chapter 4: This chapter includes presenting the results, analyzing them and discussing them through the data, based on the appropriate statistical means, through which it shows the achievement of the research objectives and objectives.
