It is a private legal information mechanism that is in some way the link between litigants and the justice system. It takes more and more an important place in the information of individuals, professionals, even associations of certain administrations (local authorities).The independent Guarantee is the work of the innovative imagination of the bankers, who; Over the years, have focused on adapting their services to the diverse and evolving needs of customers. Il S'agit d'un mécanisme privé d’information juridique qui constitue en quelque sorte le trait d’union entre les justiciables et la justice Il prend de plus en plus une place importante dans l’information des particuliers, des professionnels, des associations mêmes de certaines administrations (collectivité territoriales). La présente étude a pour objet de cerner les différentes facettes du contrat de consultation juridiques en relevant les éléments qui le distingue des autres contrats voisins d'une part, et en ressortissant la responsabilité du consultant qui peut être mise en œuvre en cas de l'inexécution. | ||
