| المستخلص: | بعض الظواهر الإيجابية لها دور في وجود ظاهرة معينة أو تتجمع ظواهر، لكي توجد هذه الظاهرة من ناحية مثلا تواجد الظاهرة في مكان معين أو حيز ما، فمثلا تواجد طرق النقل مثلا أثر على تواجد بعض أنماط من شوارع معينة أجبرتها الحالة على الظهور أو مثلا ظواهر طبيعية أثرت بشكل كبير على نمط معين أو إنشاء شبكات صرف صحي مثلا أو وجود بعض الطرق في اتجاه معين دون اتجاه أخر أو على سبيل المثال قلة أو زيادة أو قلة في عدد المشاريع السكنية وهكذا كثير من الظواهر تواجدت لأسباب معينة، لذلك تأثرت الكثير من المجالات، سواء أكانت حضرية أو إقليمية أو صناعية أو تجارية فبالنبسة لصناعة البناء أو عملية البناء التي تتم ضمن المشاريع السكنية أو الاستثمارية اختلفت عما كانت عليه سابقا. فقد كانت سابقا تعتمد على طرق ومواد بسيطة جدا تهلك من كاهل العاملين والعمل يكون بمشقة بالغة أما في الوقت الحاضر فقد ظهرت مواد جديدة تلائم حتى الأجواء والبيئة المناخية، من خلال وضع مواد عازلة للحرارة واستخدام الألمنيوم بدلا من الحديد، إضافة إلى الطابع العمراني فقد أضحت الأبنية ذوات تصاميم معمارية تضاهي بأشكالها الأبنية في السابق، ومشابهة للأشكال الغربية، وبالتالي عرفت تلك الظاهرة بالذكاء الصناعي والتكنولوجي، هذه الظاهرة عملت بها العتبتان المقدستان في التحكم في البناء وشكل الطراز ونوع البناء سواء أكان عموديا أو أفقيا، وفي تجهيز المباني بنظام متحكم في عملية الإضاءة وفتح وغلق الأبواب، هذا كله يعكس حالة التطور التي أصبحت عليه للتقدم في المشاريع الاقتصادية.
