| المستخلص: | "يتناول هذا البحث في قسمه الأول محطة تاريخية حول زيارة الإمام الحسين عليه السلام والأثر الديني والسياسي الذي تتركه في نفوس الموالين لآل بيت رسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأهميتها انطلاقا من الروايات والأحاديث الشريفة واستحباب الإتيان بها، لكن يبقى السؤال هل يستحب زيارة الإمام الحسين عليه السلام بالمطلق وفي أي وقت من السنة أم أن لزيارة الأربعين خصوصية تجعلها مستحبة حد الوجوب وتميز صحيفة المؤمن عن غيره بحسب الروايات الشريفة في وصايا الأئمة الأطهار؟ الدور الذي تؤديه وسائل الإعلام في ترسيخ هذا اليوم كمحطة عالمية تتوافد إليه الشعوب من أقطار الأرض فتكون بمثابة الرسالة التبليغية الكبرى التي تنقلها الحشود المليونية في الأربعين إلى مختلف أنحاء العالم، والتي تستكمل دور الأنبياء والأوصياء في نشر تعاليم الرسالة الإلهية على صعيد التنمية البشرية، إلى جانب الدور الأشمل لهذا الإعلام في تسليط الضوء على المؤثرات السلبية التي تعيق مسيرة التنمية فيسهم في تحريك العجلة الاقتصادية والتنموية ويكون المبادر إلى طرح الخطط وإثارة المعرفة الإنسانية فيما يتعلق بعمليات الوعي المعرفي والسلوكي التي تؤدي بدورها إلى تنمية المجتمع بشكل عام ثم في انعكاس هذا الوعي المعرفي على التنمية المحلية سيكون محور القسم الثاني من البحث. ولا نغفل في هذا القسم عن الإشارة إلى الدور الإعلامي الذي بدأته العقيلة زينب عليها السلام منذ اللحظة الأولى لاستشهاد أخيها سيد الأحرار الإمام الحسين عليه السلام والتي استكملت بقرابين كربلاء في العاشر من المحرم عام ٦٢ للهجرة. وصولا لأهم الأحداث التي دونها التاريخ لمنع الزائرين من الوصول إلى مقام وضريح سبط رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأثرها في استدامة حالة التخلف التنموي على المستوى البيئي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي، ناهيك عن المحاولات المتكررة لهدم الضريح الشريف للإمام الحسين عليه السلام لقمع روح الثورة والتمرد على الظلم والحرمان التي كان يستقيها الزوار من روح التوجه الخالص لسبط رسول صلى الله عليه وسلم بما يمثله من تجديد للبيعة والاقتداء بتعاليم هذه النهضة الحسينية المباركة، التي كانت حية في ضمائر كل أحرار العالم ولم تستطع كل محاولات القتل والإعدام وتقطيع اليدين من طمسها أو تغيير هويتها أو مفاهيمها. التنمية المستدامة وأهدافها وما هي المجالات التي تسهم الزيارة الأربعينية من خلالها في تحقيق هذه الأهداف وعلى امتداد العام ستكون محور القسم الثالث من هذا البحث، للوقوف على أهمية هذه المجالات وكيفية جعلها مستدامة لتحقيق الاكتفاء على كل الصعد لاسيما في بلد عانى ما عانى طيلة عقود من حرمان إنمائي في كافة القطاعات. ويبقى هذا البحث غيض من الفيض الكبير لأهمية الزيارة الأربعينية، وأثرها سواء على الجانب التنموي من خلال حركة الصناعات المحلية وتجنب الركود التجاري وبالتالي الاقتصادي أو الجانب المعنوي حيث تعد عنصرا تبليغيا مهما لجهة الكم المليوني الهائل، الذي يتعذر جمعه في ظروف أخرى بهذه الدقة، والتنظيم، والتجرد من الذات والتوجه بإخلاص، لإيصال صوت الحسين عليه السلام إلى أكبر شريحة ممكنة، جاءت بمليء إرادتها وقرارها لتتعرف على تعاليم الرسالة المحمدية، وتشاهد عن كثب ماذا تركت نهضة الحسين عليه السلام من أخلاق وقيم في نفوس عشاقه." This research deals with the first part of the historical phenomenon about the visit of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and the religious and political impact that his visit leaves in the hearts of the people loyal to the house of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and its importance. It is based on the narration and the truthful Hadiths and the desirability of bringing them, but the questions remaining are: Has it been desirable to visit Imam Hussein (pbuh) at any time of the year or to visit the 40 of his memory has made it desirable to the extent of our duty towards Him? And is this visit distinguishing between other works of the believer according to other honest accounts in the commandments of the pure imams? The role played by the media in establishing this day as a global day for Shia Muslims connecting people from many places on earth gives a great message of (tabligh) transmitted towards the masses of the world, which complements the role of prophets and guardians in the dissemination of the teachings of the divine message in terms of human development. The most comprehensive role of this media is in highlighting the negative effects that hinder the development process and economical contributions that could be made, in addition to the initiating planning strategies and raising human knowledge in terms of awareness to the processes and the cognitive behaviors, which in turn lift society in general and develop a reflection of this cognitive awareness on the local growth. This will be the focus of the second section in this research. In this section, we cannot overlook the reference of the media to the role initiated by AlAqeelah Zainab (pbuh) from the first moment of the martyrdom of her brother Syed al-Ahrar Imam Hussein (pbuh) which was completed with the sacrifices of Karbala in the 10th of Muharram in 62 AH, To the most important events in history of preventing visitors to access the shrine and tomb of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and its impact on the sustainability of the underdeveloped environment, economy and society, mentioning also the repeated attempts to demolish the shrine of Imam Hussein (pbuh) to suppress the spirit of revolution and rebellion against injustice and destroy the sincere orientation of the visitors who were attracted by the spirit of the of the grandson of the Messenger of Allah may Allah bless him and his family in terms of renewal of the allegiance to him and follow the teachings of this blessed Hanseya Renaissance, which was awake in the conscience of all the free world. all attempts to kill and execute could not obliterate this phenomenon nor change its identity nor its concepts. Sustainable development and its objectives and what areas it contributes to, with the achievement of its goals and throughout the year will be the focus of the third section of this research, to find out the importance of these areas and how to make them sustainable to achieve sufficiency at all levels, especially in a country that suffered decades of deprivation from development in all sectors. This research remains a great example of the importance of the fortieth visit, and its impact on both the developmental aspect through the movement of local industries and the avoidance of commercial stagnation and the economic or moral aspect as it is an important informational element for millions of faithful followers, the followers which cannot be witnessed in other circumstances with such precision, self-determination and sincere approach, to deliver the voice of Imam Hussein (pbuh) to the largest possible segment, the voice that came in its fullest will to teach the message of the Muhammadiyah, and to see what this Renaissance has left of the peace and dignity in the souls of its lovers. |
