| المستخلص: | "تعد زيارة الأربعين من اهم النشاطات المجتمعية التي تنتظم بإطار ديني وعقائدي وقيمي وعاطفي محليا ودوليا، كما تعد أيضا من أكثر التجمعات البشرية التي تقام سنويا والتي تندفع دينيا وذاتيا حيث تتبلور فيها كل القيم الإنسانية ويمارس الزائر فيها أرقي الشعائر وأعظم والممارسات الأخلاقية. ووجدانيا فان زيارة الأربعين تعتبر تربية عملية لعقائد وأخلاق الفرد المسلم، يتولى فيها أولياء الله ويتبرأ فيها من إعدائه ويشارك في هذه الزيارة مختلف الفئات العمرية من الجنسين. إن استثمار تلك الأجواء الروحانية في تربية النفس يعتبر من اهم ما يطمح إليه الزائر فمشاركته في المواساة والحزن على استشهاد الإمام الحسين عليه السلام والموقف العظيم الذي وقفه من اجل نصرة الله تعالى ورفض الباطل واستذكار الزائر للقيم الدينية والإنسانية والتبرؤ من الباطل المتمثل بخط يزيد بن معاوية وجميع من يلتف معه والاستعداد لمواجهته تربي الزائر لان يكون مؤمنا حقيقيا بالإمام الحسين عليه السلام الذي يمثل ثار الله في الأرض. إن التخطيط للاستفادة من تلك الأجواء الروحانية في مساعدة الشباب لمقاومة التحديات التي تواجههم واستثمار ذلك لتنميته في كل المجالات يعد من الأهداف النبيلة. ونظرا لان موضع التنمية في بحثنا يختص بالشباب العراقي لذلك سيكون الكلام منصبا حول الشباب في العراق استنادا إلى الإحصائيات التي ادلى بها ممثل العتبة العباسية السيد احمد الصافي ممثل المرجعية الدينية فقد بلغ عدد الزائرين أكثر من (١٢) مليون زائر. إن عدد الزائرين وتزايده سنويا يجذب الباحثين إلى دراسته ودراسة إمكانية استثماره في التنمية بكافة فروعها. يعتبر العراق من ضمن البلدان التي تصنف على إنها بلدان فتية في قبال البلدان التي تتميز بكونها بلدان هرمة وان الاهتمام بتنشئة هذا الجيل الشبابي سيجعل من هذا البلد يتميز بما يتميز به هؤلاء الشباب فاذا كان الجيل الشبابي رسالي طموح في توظيف كل فرصة إمامه لخدمة أهداف الرسالات السماوية سيكون البلد كذلك وعكس ذلك يمكن أن يكون إذا لم يتم تنشئة الجيل تنشئة صحيحة. يبلغ متوسط الأعمار ١٩,٣ والذي يعني أن نصف السكان اقل من ١٩,٣ سنة بينما النصف الأخر أكثر من هذا العمر وذلك استنادا إلى إحصائيات الأمم المتحدة في عام 2015. وفي حال كون البلدان تولد شبابا من غير تنمية بشرية ومن غير توفير فرص عمل يمكن أن يؤثر سلبا. إن مميزات البلدان الفتية هي الطاقة الكبيرة لذلك البلد التي إذا استثمرت في المجال التي يراد لها يكون لها نجاحا باهرا وتظهر لها ثمرات كبيرة وفي نفس الوقت إذا كبتت فإنها لها تأثيرا عكسيا كبيرا. يتضمن هذا البحث إظهار عناصر القوة التي تبرز ضمن أجواء أيام أربعين الإمام الحسين عليه السلام وتوضيح عناصر الضعف وبيان الفرص واهم التحديات التي تواجه الشباب المؤمن وكيفية استثمار الفرص ونقاط القوة في إعداد استراتيجيات متنوعة للتعامل مع الواقع الذي نعيشه ثم الانتقال بعد ذلك إلى رسم استراتيجيات مختلفة متنوعة بالاعتماد على العناصر التي تم إبرازها من اجل تحقيق الهدف الأساس وهو مساعدة هذا الجيل في تنميته بحيث يصبح قادرا على أن يتحمل الأمانة العظيمة الملقاة على عاتقه."
