| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مفهوم التنمية المستدامة وذكر موارد تمويلها وخصائصها والتأصيل الشرعي لها. وقد اعتمد المنهج الوصفي، وتوصل إلى عدد من النتائج، منها: أن التنمية المستدامة تعني إدارة الموارد وتوجيه أنشطة التنمية على نحو يحقق الحياة الطيبة حاضرا ومستقبلا بصفة مستمرة. وأن الهدف الأساس من استخلاف الإنسان على الأرض هو العمارة والبناء والتنمية وفق منهج سنه الله. ومن أهم أبعاد التنمية المستدامة: التنمية الاجتماعية، والتنمية الاقتصادية. ومن موارد التنمية المستدامة المشروعة في الإسلام: الموارد الذاتية، والموارد الحكومية، كالزكاة والضرائب واستثمارات الدولة، والموارد الأهلية، كالأوقاف. ولكل منها ضوابط وتشريعات وللتنمية المستدامة في الإسلام عدد من الخصائص، منها: احتكامها نظريا وعمليا إلى معايير دينية وأخلاقية ضرورية، وأنها تهدف إلى تنمية عامة أفرد المجتمع، وتتضمن المحافظة على حياتهم وأملاكهم، وتأخذ في الاعتبار المحافظة على خصائص ومستوى أداء الموارد الطبيعية باستمرار، وهي تنمية حقيقية ومتنوعة وشاملة وعادلة. Also it depends on descriptive method' it has some of results' one of them that sustainable development means that you can management and control about the resource to get good life in the present and constantly.
