| 520 | |a الإجماع أحد الأدلة المعتبرة عن النحويين، والمراد به: إجماع نحاة البلدين: البصرة والكوفة، وهذا الإجماع إن تحقق لا يجوز خرقه، وقد نقل أبو حيان الأندلسي ادعاء بعض النحويين الإجماع في بعض المسائل النحوية من خلال كتابه: (التذييل والتكميل في شرح كتاب التسهيل) مما يخرج عن المسائل التي أجمع عليها نحاة البلدين، فتصدى أبو حيان لرد هذا الدعاوى ودفعها. وملامح هذه الدعاوى تتلخص في أنه: تارة يرد دعوى الإجماع لعالم واحد؛ كأبي جعفر النحاس، والسيرافي، وابن عصفور، والصفار، وضياء الدين بن العلج، وابن هشام الخضراوي، والسهيلي، وأبي بكر بن طاهر، وابن الضائع، وبدر الدين بن مالك، وغيرهم، وكان لابن مالك النصيب الأوفى في ذلك، وتارة يجمع بين أكثر من عالم في دعوة واحدة ويردها، وقد استأنس البحث بكتب أبي حيان الأخرى التي ذكر فيها هذه الدعاوى وردها. وقد تولى البحث جمع هذه الدعاوى وعرضها، ثم توثيقها، وذلك في تمهيد خلص للحديث عن أبي حيان الأندلسي وكتابه (التذييل والتكميل)، ثم الإجماع كدليل من أدلة الصناعة النحوية، وثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: دعاوى الإجماع في الأسماء. والمبحث الثاني: دعاوى الإجماع في الأفعال. والمبحث الثالث: دعاوى الإجماع في الحروف. ثم أعقبها بخاتمة: اشتملت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي خلص البحث إليها بعد الدراسة. | ||
| 520 | |b Consensus is one of the significant evidences for the grammarians, and it means the consensus of the grammarians of the two countries: Basra and Kufa. And if this consensus is achieved, it may not be violated. Abu Hayyan Al-Andalusi transmitted the claim of consensus of some grammarians on some grammatical issues through his book (Altazeel Wa Altakmmeel fi Sharh Kitab al-Tashil), which departs from the issues on which the grammarians of the two countries agreed. So, Abu Hayyan stood up to dismiss and refute these claims. The features of these claims are as follows: He sometimes refutes the consensus claim of one scholar; Such as Abu Jaafar al-Nahhas, al-Sirafi, ibn Asfour, al-Saffar, Dia al-Din Bin al Alj, Ibn Hisham al- Khadrawi, al-Suhaili, Abi Bakr ibn Taher, ibn aldaayie, Badr al-Din ibn Malik, and others, and Ibn Malik had the fullest share in this regard. He also sometimes associates more than one scholar in one claim, and he refutes this claim. At other times, he mentions the claim without mentioning its claimant. The search was based on Abu Hayyan's other books in which he mentioned and refuted these claims. The research took charge of collecting, presenting, and documenting these claims, in an introduction to talk about Abu Hayyan Al-Andalusi and his book (Altazeel Wa Altakmmeel) and consensus as evidence from the grammatical industry evidences, and three sections as follows: The first section: claims of consensus in the nouns. The second section: claims of consensus in verbs. The third section: claims of consensus in particles. And followed by a conclusion included the most important results and recommendations of the research after the study. | ||
