| المستخلص: | أنزل الله تعالى القرآن الكريم هداية للناس جميعاً في مجالات حياتهم، ومنها مجال الأعمال الوظيفية. وهذا البحث يتناول ما ورد في القرآن الكريم من القواعد والدلالات للقيم الأخلاقية في التعامل الوظيفي ويؤصل لهذا الموضوع من مصدر التشريع الأول وهو القرآن الكريم، لإرشاد الموظف إلى القيم الأخلاقية التي تحقق له النجاح في عمله الوظيفي الذي ينتمي إليه ويمارسه. وجاءت خطته في مقدمة، وأربعة مباحث، الأول: لتعريف القيم الأخلاقية، والثاني: عن أهمية الأخلاق في التعامل الإنساني مطلقاً، والثالث: عن أهمية الأخلاق بوصفها عاملاً مؤثراً في النجاح الوظيفي، والرابع: استعرضت فيه القيم الأخلاقية الوظيفية في القرآن الكريم، ثم ختمت بخاتمة، ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج، وكان منها: أهمية تربية الأجيال منذ الصغر على القيم الأخلاقية، ليتربوا عليها في جميع شؤون حياتهم، وذلك بتقرير مقررات دراسية في علم السلوك والأخلاق في مراحل الدراسة المختلفة بدءاً من مراحل الدراسة الابتدائية، وأهمية تقرير مقرر في (القيم الأخلاقية للعمل الوظيفي) على وجه الخصوص، في مراحل التعليم المتقدمة، وأهمية تفعيل دور الإعلام – سواء كان مرئياً أو مقروءاً – في إبراز القيم الأخلاقية للعمل الوظيفي المبنية على نصوص الوحيين الكتاب والسنة، ونشرها كثقافة في المجتمع، والحرص على زيادة الوعي لدى العاملين والموظفين في مختلف القطاعات بالقيم الأخلاقية للعمل الوظيفي عند طريق عقد الدورات التدريبية اللازمة لذلك، ثم ذيلت البحث بفهرس للمصادر والمراجع. God Almighty sent down the Noble Qur’an to guide people in all areas of their lives, including the field of functional business. This research deals with what was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an of the rules and connotations of ethical values in the job dealing, and it is rooted for this topic from the first source of legislation, which is the Noble Qur’an, to guide the employee to the ethical values that will bring him success in his career work to which he belongs and practices. His plan came in an introduction, then a preface, and three sections. The first: On the importance of ethics in human interaction at all, and the second: On the importance of ethics as an influencing factor in career success, and the third: I reviewed the functional ethical values in the Holy Qur’an, then concluded with a conclusion, in which I mentioned the most important results, including: The importance of raising generations from childhood On moral values, to be educated in all aspects of their lives, by deciding courses in behavioral sciences and ethics in the different stages of study starting from the primary school stages, and the importance of a course report on (the moral values of career work) in particular, in the advanced stages of education, and the importance of activating The role of the media - whether it is visual or read - in highlighting the ethical values of functional work based on the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah, and disseminating them as a culture in society. And keenness to raise awareness among workers and employees in various sectors of the ethical values of job work by holding the necessary training courses for this, then the research was appended with an index of sources and references. |
