| المستخلص: | على الرغم من ديناميكية التجارة بين المغرب والمجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا (الإيكواس) (ECOWAS) في السنوات الأخيرة، إلا أن هناك العديد من الفرص التي لم تستغل بعد والتي من شأن استغلالها أن يعزز تكامل التجارة بين هذين الطرفين (المغرب والإيكواس). من خلال هذه الورقة، نود أن نبين كيف تسهل تقنيات ذكاء الأعمال كنشاطات للذكاء الاقتصادي عملية التعاون الدولي الناجح. بعد جرد ديناميكيات التجارة بين المغرب والمجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا، تقترح هذه الورقة طرقا تجعل من الممكن تفعيل نظام الذكاء الاقتصادي من أجل دعم الشركات المغربية وشركات الإيكواس في اكتشاف "سوق جديدة". Despite the dynamism of trade between Morocco and ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States) in recent years, there are deposits of opportunities not yet exploited and whose exploitation would considerably favor the complementarity of trade between these two parties (Morocco and ECOWAS). Through this paper, we would like to show how busines intelligence techniques as Economic Intelligence activities facilitate the process of successful international implantation. After an inventory of the dynamics of trade between Morocco and ECOWAS, this work proposes methods which would make it possible to operationalize an Economic Intelligence system in order to support Moroccan firms and those of ECOWAS in the discovery of 'a new market. Malgré le dynamisme des échanges commerciaux entre le Maroc et la CEDEAO (Communauté économique des Etats de l’Afrique de l’Ouest) au cours de ces dernières années, il existe des gisements d’opportunités non encore exploités et dont l’exploitation favoriserait considérablement la complémentarité des échanges commerciaux entre ces deux parties (Le Maroc et les la CEDEAO). A travers ce papier, nous souhaiterons montrer comment les techniques de veille stratégique en tant qu’activités d’Intelligence Economique (IE) facilitent le processus d’une implantation réussie à l’international. Après un état des lieux de la dynamique des échanges commerciaux entre le Maroc et la CEDEAO, ce travail propose des méthodes qui permettraient de rendre opérationnelle un système d’Intelligence Economique afin d’accompagner les firmes marocaines et celles de la CEDEAO dans la découverte d’un nouveau marché. |
