| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث للتعرف على مدى تطبيق أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمتطلبات الجودة الشاملة في الكليات الجامعية عينة البحث وإبراز أهم المعوقات والصعوبات والتحديات التي تحول دون تحقيق متطلبات الجودة المطلوبة في الكليات الجامعية عينة البحث. واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات، وطبق على عينة قوامها (53) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعة المرقب والجفارة، خلال العام الجامعي (2019-2018) وأوضحت النتائج وجود مجموعة من عوامل نجاح تطبيق متطلبات الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ذات أهمية متفاوتة من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، وأن اغلب عينة البحث غير ملتزمين بتطبيق متطلبات وبرامج ومعايير ضمان الجودة في العملية التعليمية والتدريبية بكلياتهم نظرا لعدم علمهم ودرايتهم بها، أو لعدم توفر تلك البرامج والمعايير الخاصة بالتحسين والتطوير المستمر، وأن هناك مجموعة من المعوقات والصعوبات والتحديات التي تحول دون تطبيق معايير ومتطلبات ضمان الجودة الشاملة، أهمها عدم تفعيل قسم الجودة في الأقسام العلمية، وعدم وجود المعايير ووضوحها، وعدم ممارسة القسم لاختصاصاته الفعلية داخل الكلية، إضافة إلى عدم توفر الكفاءات البشرية المؤهلة وتكليف أشخاص ليس لديهم دراية وخبرة كافية. The research aims to identify the extent to which faculty members apply to the requirements of the total quality in the university faculties of the research sample and to highlight the most important obstacles, difficulties and challenges that prevent the achievement of the quality requirements required in the university colleges. The results were based on a sample of (53) members of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Muraqeb and Al-Jafara Universities during the academic year (2019-2018). The results revealed a number of factors for the success of applying the comprehensive quality requirements In the higher education institutions of varying importance from the point of view of the sample of the research, and that most of the research sample is not committed to the implementation of quality assurance requirements and programs in the educational and training process in their colleges because of their lack of knowledge and knowledge, or the lack of such programs and standards for improvement and For the continuous development, and that there are a range of obstacles and difficulties and challenges that prevent the application of standards and requirements of the overall quality assurance, the most important of which is the non-activation of the quality department in the scientific sections, the lack of standards and clarity, and the lack of practice of the department to its actual competencies within the college, People with insufficient knowledge and experience. |
