| المستخلص: | ويعتبر تحقيق الأداء العام الهدف الرئيسي لأي منظمه في المقام الأول الشركة التي هي في علاقة دائمة مع جميع الأطراف التي تتكون بيئتها الاقتصادية العالمية. ويتحقق الأداء العام، الذي يتألف من الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، برضا جميع أصحاب المصلحة. نقترح في هذا البلاغ دراسة الأداء الاجتماعي من جانب عنصر الصحة والسلامة المهنية (OHS) الذي تشكل مؤشرات قياسه السجل الاجتماعي للشركات (b. martory, 2010) وتجري هذه الدراسة بواسطة مؤشرين لقياس الأداء الاجتماعي فيما يتعلق بمؤشر شده وتواتر حوادث العمل مع الكف في حاله كيانين تابعين لمجموعه السكك الحديدية الجزائرية (gfa) The achievement of the overall performance is considered the main objective of any organization mainly the company which is in permanent relationship with all the parties composing its overall economic environment. The overall performance, composed of economic, social and environmental dimensions, is achieved by the satisfaction of all stakeholders. In this communication, we propose the study of social performance by the Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) component, whose indicators of measurement constitute the social dashboard of enterprises (B. Martory, 2010). This study is carried out by the two indicators for measuring social performance relating to the index of severity and frequency of accidents working with stoppage in the case of two entities of the Algerian Railway Group (GFA). La réalisation de la performance globale est considérée comme l’objectif principal de toute organisation principalement l’entreprise qui est en relation permanente avec toutes les parties composant son environnement économique global. La performance globale, composée des dimensions économique, sociale et environnementale, est réalisée par la satisfaction de toutes les parties prenantes. Dans cette communication, nous proposons l’étude de la performance sociale par le volet Santé/ Sécurité au Travail (SST) dont les indicateurs de mesure constituent le tableau de bord social des entreprises (B. Martory, 2010). Cette étude est faite par les deux indicateurs de mesure de la performance sociale relatifs à l’indice de gravité et de fréquence des accidents de travail avec arrêt dans le cas de deux entités du Groupe Ferroviaire Algérien (GFA). |
