This article aims to determine the contribution of the shareholder's value creation as an explanatory variable of the failure of Moroccan industrial companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. It also suggests a scoring grid that expresses the probability of financial difficulties. The results of the discriminant analysis applied during the period 2010- 2016 show that the shareholder's value creation, the liquidity and the size of corporation are the most determining variables for the classification of companies according to the degree of financial difficulty. | ||
